Hi, I'm a Chinese lady who is going to pursue a master's degree at Breda University of Applied Sciences from 2025 to 2026, scheduled to arrive in Breda on August 15th. I'm looking for an independent apartment or studio near BUas, with a private toilet, kitchen and shower. Within 20 minutes' walk or bike ride would be better (first choice is by walking). Housing allowance (Huurtoeslag-eligible rentals) is preferred, with an indefinite contract (or a half-year contract). Furnished accommodation is preferred. My rental budget is controlled within 800 euros (after deducting the eligible rental allowance, including energy, water, electricity, internet fees and other miscellaneous charges).
