Hallo! Ik ben tweedejaars student Verpleegkunde. Hiervoor heb ik al een opleiding afgerond en ik heb al een half jaar zelfstandig gewoond. Nu start ik na de zomervakantie met mijn stage in het UMCG waarvoor ik graag naar Groningen verhuis.

Hallo! Mijn naam is Lui-Shaine, ik ben 24 jaar oud en afkomstig uit Aruba. Op dit moment ben ik bezig met het afronden van mijn studie Culinaire Kunst (niveau 3) aan EPI College, en ik zal dit jaar afstuderen. Ik ben op zoek naar een kamer die ik zelfstandig kan huren, bij voorkeur vanaf eind juli, aangezien ik dan naar Nederland verhuis. Ik zal naar school gaan in Eindhoven, dus ik zoek een kamer in of nabij Eindhoven. Naast mijn studie ben ik van plan om te blijven werken als banketbakker, wat ook mijn huidige functie is hier op Aruba. Mijn bruto maandinkomen bedraagt 2650 AWG, wat neerkomt op ongeveer €1380. Daarnaast fungeert mijn moeder als borgsteller, indien nodig. Ik ben bovendien bereid om twee maanden huur vooruit te betalen. Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Dominique, ik ben 24 jaar. Als geboren en getogen Rotterdammer, opgegroeid op het water als zoon van een binnenvaart-schippersfamilie, ben ik grootgebracht met de mentaliteit van “geen woorden maar daden”. Nu, met een flinke dosis ambitie en nieuwsgierigheid, zet ik de stap naar het hart van Nederland. Van de Maas naar de grachten van Utrecht – twee steden die elkaar goed begrijpen: eigenzinnig, eerlijk en altijd in beweging. Wat mij de stad Utrecht maakt is de levendigheid van de stad het is, om in de filosofie te blijven een dorp in een stad, de volle grachten met mensen die het leven, de vrijheid en de gezelligheid samen vieren. Ik ben eerste jaars Geschiedenisstudent aan de Universiteit Utrecht, een studie waarin ik mijn passie voor verhalen, context en ontwikkeling kwijt kan. Helaas is de reistijd vanuit de regio Rotterdam een rem op die ontwikkeling. Colleges bijwonen wordt soms een uitdaging, en dat frustreert me, juist omdat ik zo gemotiveerd ben. Een plek in Utrecht betekent niet alleen rust en regelmaat, maar ook volledig kunnen opgaan in mijn studie. Met bijgevoegd een foto van mijn nieuwe vrienden die ik heb ontmoet in Utrecht. Wat ook verder kenmerkt aan de stad Utrecht met is niet alleen het hart van Nederland, maar ook de plek waar het begin van de puzzel wordt gelegd voor ieder zijn leven vol van liefde en vriendschap. Wat u van mij mag verwachten? Ik ben rustig, netjes, zelfstandig en ik koester mijn woonruimte. In mijn vrije tijd lees ik veel en ben ik fanatiek begonnen met hardlopen. Sinds kort werk ik bij de Jaarbeurs in Utrecht – een baan die ik goed kan combineren met mijn studie. Daarnaast staat mijn familie volledig achter me en kunnen zij indien gewenst garant staan voor de huur. Ik hoop dat mijn verhaal u aanspreekt. Het zou mij ontzettend gelukkig maken als ik dit appartement tot mijn thuis mag maken – op mijn eigen manier, met Rotterdamse mentaliteit en Utrechtse rust. Met hartelijke groet, Dominique

Currently i’m still a student in Italy, who mainly focuses on learning about different languages and cultures (French, German, English and of course Italian). Right now I’m looking for for an apartment or studio in order to pursue my studies at the University of Groningen. I consider myself to be a very social person who does enjoy spending time with someone else but, at the same time, I feel a necessity to focus on myself in order to fulfill my life goals. Moreover, I’m able to cook my own meals and, of course, even for someone else! Normally, I like spending my day either studying, listening to music or simply going for a walk with friends or by myself, even if it means just buying a simple coffee to enjoy and appreciate. Lastly, I feel like I have the need to keep everything around me clean since I can’t stand any kind of disorder either in my room and or shared ones.

Momenteel zit ik nog in een studentenkamer in Wageningen waar ik uit moet. Ik kom graag in Nijmegen wonen voor de gezellige stad en mooie natuur waar ik graag doorheen fiets op m’n racefiets, roei of hardloop.
