Hi! My name is Anaïs and I will be moving to Groningen to start my Bachelor in International Relations and the University of Groningen. I am 18 years old and live in the South of France (near Nice) but am half German/half Yemeni. I am very social and outgoing but also love spending time alone, so I prefer to keep things clean.

Mijn naam is Daphne, ik ben 20 jaar en in September 2024 begin ik aan mijn studie Verloskunde aan de AVAG in Groningen. In mijn vrije tijd doe ik graag aan dansen, yoga, gitaar spelen en spreek ik graag af met vriendinnen. Ik hoop een leuke kamer te vinden in een huis waar iedereen zelfstandig zijn gang kan zijn en af en toe gezellig samen iets wil doen!

Na de zomer begin ik met de studie geneeskunde in Utrecht. Ik woon op dit moment in Drenthe en ben ik dus op zoek naar een kamer. Afgelopen zomer heb ik 2 maand in Frankrijk op een camping in de animatie gewerkt. Nu heb ik een tussenjaar en werk 32 uur in de week. Ik ben een gezellig, sociaal en net persoon. Aangezien treinen geen optie is, is een kamer echt wel noodzakelijk. Ik zou al vanaf nu kunnen huren. Groetjes, Janneke

Hallo, Mijn naam is Alva en ik kom uit Hamburg, Duitsland en zal 19 jaar oud zijn als ik in september aan mijn bachelor International Business begin. Op dit moment ben ik druk bezig met het maken van mijn examens op school, maar in mijn vrije tijd speel ik hockey. Ik heb ervoor gekozen om in Nederland te studeren omdat ik al verliefd was geworden op het land toen ik een uitwisselingsjaar deed in een klein dorpje vlakbij Eindhoven (De Mortel). Daar woonde ik bij een Nederlands gezin en ging naar een Nederlandse school en daarom spreek ik de taal nu vloeiend (ook al is het in de loop van de tijd misschien een beetje roestig geworden;) Ik ben een heel makkelijk en open persoon en help graag waar ik kan! Als het bijvoorbeeld gaat om schoonmaken of opruimen, ben ik zeer verantwoordelijk en betrouwbaar. Hoewel ik met andere mensen samen zou wonen, hoop ik niet alleen met huisgenoten te zijn, maar ook af te kunnen spreken met vrienden om bijvoorbeeld af en toe een kook- of filmavond te houden of gaan picknicken. Ik zou het heel erg leuk vinden om jullie allemaal te leren kennen en te zien of we een match zijn;)) Misschien kunnen we een facetime-gesprek regelen of wat het beste voor jullie werkt om elkaar een keertje te spreken:)) Ik kijk er echt naar uit om van jullie te horen! groetjes, Alva

Hey, I'm Jana, 20 years old, from Frankfurt Germany. I will start my international bachelor's degree in psychology in Leiden in September. So I'm looking for a room in Leiden/near Leiden from June/July/August on. About me: I graduated from high school last summer and decided to travel Europe. There I worked in different hostels and always shared a dorm with the other lovely volunteers. The 4 months have taught me a lot about being independent and tidying up my stuff and keeping things clean. But it helped me even more to learn to share a room with so many other people from other cultures and to live together and set boundaries as well as to accept those of others. Apart from traveling, I love going out with friends for a few drinks, dancing to house music and wine evenings on the balcony. On the other hand, I also love having really quiet evenings where we just sit together relax, chat, maybe cook and watch a movie. In my free time I go to the gym regularly. And just recently I've gotten to do yoga and Pilates a little more, which I also really enjoy. I am also a very creative person who likes to do crafts, paint or make pottery. And I also enjoy doing it with friends! About the room I would imagine a room around 15 m2 in size. But more important about the roomies. 1-3 roommates would be ideal - but I would have absolutely no problem with a larger number of roommates. Of course it would be great if the roommates were about the same age as me. Of course, I think it would be ideal if at some point as roommates you share hobbies and do things together((:
