Ik wil niet meer betalen dan 1150 excl of 1400 incl, het liefst iets waar ik ook huurtoeslag aan kan vragen. Minimaal voor een jaar maar in principe verwacht ik langer te blijven aangezien ik toch geen hypotheek kan krijgen de eerste paar jaar.
