Hi! I'm Linus, 22 years old and currently living in Austria. I have already obtained a degree in Comparative Literature Studies and will be starting another Bachelor in Psychology in September of 2024 at Leiden University. Therefore I am currently on the lookout for possible housing opportunities, where I can stay for the duration of my studies. I consider myself an easy-going person, who enjoys a little company from time to time, but can easily keep to myself as well. In the past I have already had lots of experiences living by myself as well as host families. Therefore I believe that I am rather knwoledgeable about how the process of renting a room and the interactions and obligations that come with it work. In my free time I love to read, go to cafes, meet up with friends and relax in my room. I think I have a lot of qualities that might prove to be of importance when considering me as a tenant, since I am tidy, organized, straightforward and, above all else, very passionate about my goals. I don't need a lot of space, since I can manage with the bare minimum, and am financially stable, which I am happy to provide proof of. Hey my name is Marah and I’m 19 years and from Germany. I finished school in June and am currently living abroad before I want to start studying sport management in September. Therefore I’m looking for a room in Groningen. I’m open for anything, could be a shared household, a studio or even an apartment with up to 3 bedrooms. The price per room I’m looking for is max 700 euros incl. Preferably I would like to start renting the room in July but for the right fit I’m willing to rent it earlier. My big passion is sports, especially the gym and all kind of outdoor sports. I just completed my PT license and hope to work in a gym in addition to my studies. During my year abroad I’m partly living with a family as an aupair so definitely know what it means to successfully live together. Het lijkt me superleuk om met huisgenoten een borreltje te doen of een filmavond te houden, maar ik doe natuurlijk ook gewoon graag m'n eigen ding, zoals de nieuwste series kijken, sporten en een beetje gamen.
