Hey toekomstige huisgenoten/verhuurder, Ik ben een derdejaars bachelorstudent (22) en ik zoek een plek in de regio Haaglanden, bij voorkeur in Den Haag of Leiden. Momenteel woon ik in een antikraakpand in Den Haag waar de sloopplannen binnenkort plaatsvinden. Daarom ben ik dringend op zoek naar een nieuwe woonplek! Een beetje over mezelf: ik kom uit Bergen op Zoom, ik hou van reizen en kunst. Een van de redenen dat ik graag in de regio Haaglanden wil blijven, is vanwege de aanwezige kunstcultuur hier. Ik heb gereisd binnen de EU, maar ook daarbuiten (Canada, Kenia). Ik ben een nette huisgenoot, ik hou van een schoon huis en woon momenteel met acht anderen (sommigen doen weinig en ik heb een hekel aan een vieze keuken :( ). Ik ben zeker niet meer in mijn feestperiode en ik zou graag huisgenoten hebben die werken of studeren zoals ik. I am interested in renting a property in order to have an accommodation for the duration of my studies, that would cover approximately two years. I am looking for at least 6 months of rent, though 12 would be better, and 24 would be ideal. I will be moving to the Netherlands from Faenza, in Italy, where I currently live with my parents and my brother in a house we own. My father is a mechanical engineer, while my mother is a physics major; they both work as high school teachers with a permanent contract in the Italian public school system. They will be my guarantors for the rent. I graduated my BSc in December 2025, at the faculty of Aerospace Engineering of the University of Bologna; during my bachelor years I took part in a student rocketry project as a technical department leader, and contributed to the participation of my team to the European Rocketry Challenge 2025 in Portugal.
