Hello, I’m an international student from the US who has been living in the Netherlands (Maastricht) for the past 3 years. I am planning on moving to Utrecht this summer to complete my masters in Neuroscience and Cognition. I am looking to start renting in June or July for 1 or 2 years. I am a quiet and clean female tenant. I always pay on time and can provide a reference from my current landlord speaking to my qualities as a tenant :) My parents will serve as my guarantors. I understand renters are receiving lots of requests for viewings given the housing crisis, but I’d really appreciate the opportunity to arrange a viewing. My availability is quite open, and I will adjust my schedule to accommodate any viewing. I’m looking forward to moving to Utrecht and hope to find a place soon. Best, Bailey
