I work part time and am looking for something for 3-6 months with possible extension in a respectful space anywhere in Amsterdam. I am not fussy and have so far lived with many international flatmates and built lasting connections. My budget is a maximum of 800 euros incl, and 700 without a contract. Hey! My name is Willem (Dutch and 25 years) and I just started with my PhD at the RIVM, which is about the mathematical modelling of infectious disease transmission. I am looking for a shared house or studio. Ideally, I would prefer a shared house with a few calm and chill roommates (like 1 or 2) that just started working (or are at the end of their studies). I specified 'calm', because I work from home several days a week. About me: I am a social, physically active, calm, and tidy person. In my spare time, I frequently do calisthenics, which is bodyweight training. I do this at the gym or outside at a park or beach when the sun is out :). Outdoor activities in nature are my favorites. Besides sports, I enjoy socializing with roommates, for example whilst cooking and having diner together, going for walks, listening music, a day out, etc. Because I work from home several days a week, there are many opportunities to spend time together :). I do, however, also like to spend some time by myself.

Me and my girlfriend would be interested in an apartment in Amsterdam from June or July. We are flexible regarding scheduling viewings and we are also able to pay the rent for 6 months upfront if needed to reassure the landlord. We are from Hungary and have been living in Rotterdam for the past year, but our jobs and universities are in or closer to Amsterdam, hence we have decided to move. I am studying for a master's in AI at VU Amsterdam and work at a wealth management firm as a data engineer in Amstelveen.
