I graduated in "Politics and Society" and "English Studies" from Bonn University and would like to continue my studies at Leiden University. But don't worry, I'm not as boring as my studies sound. I'm an outgoing, communicative person who likes to spend time in nature but also enjoys cozy evenings reading books, writing and watching movies. In my free time, I like to cook, bake and try out new things. The newest addition to that is archery (and I haven't shot anyone yet out of accident, so that's a bonus). Although I like to spend time with other people, I'm a calm person who also appreciates peace and quiet sometimes. So concerning that, I'm a quiet, unobtrusive roommate. Living together is about respecting each others needs and wishes. You want to spend your evening alone or simply sit together for company? That's fine. I also speak a little Dutch, since I've started to learn it, but so far it's mostly understanding what people say. I am the parent of a 19-male Spanish student, who will start next August at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague (don’t worry because he will not practice at home, he is percussionist and can only use the instruments available in the conservatory). Apart from Spanish, my son speaks English and has some basic notions of French and German. I am convinced he will be able to learn Dutch rapidly. Tirso is a very funny, mature and responsible person who has worked very hard to obtain a place in the conservatory (a dream come true for him). Heb al wat jaartje in Utrecht gewoond en ben ik opzoek naar een nieuwe omgeving (ookal is het tijdelijk) met iets meer regelmaat en geen doordeweekse uit de hand lopende borrels. Zelf ga ik niet meer elk weekend uit, spelletjesavond is me nieuwe favoriet. Verder ben ik mijn 3e studiejaar aan het afronden (informatie en communicatie technologie) en loop alleen nog maar stages, dus daar doordeweeks druk mee. En qua sporten hou d'r van om zoveel mogelijk met lichaamsgewicht (thuis of in een park (als het beter weer is)) te doen, wil ook weer gaan hockeyen in Utrecht.
