Hoii, Ik ben Jelmer, 23 jaar en afkomstig uit het mooie Gorinchem. Momenteel ben ik aan het afstuderen in Utrecht voor mijn opleiding Bedrijfskunde en daarna wil ik hier mijn master Banking and Finance gaan volgen. In mijn vrije tijd drink ik graag speciaalbiertjes in de zon, heb ik mijn hele leven gehockeyd (wat ik na de zomer in Utrecht weer wil oppakken) en ben ik regelmatig in de sportschool te vinden. First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. Financially stable:  I work ~38 hours a week on average, make around 2300€ monthly and 27K€ annually, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 12 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. I work through a work agency and I understand that landlords are very put off by that, but I can assure you that my position is completely firm and there is virtually no chance of me getting laid off. If you have any doubts, I can explain the full work situation in detail. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking.
