Good morning. My name is Maks and i am very interested in renting your apartment. I would like to rent them for one year. I am 19, i just finished high school. I am starting my university studies in HAN university of applied science from August. I am quite, mostly focused on my studies. At weekends i like to play boardgames or just to chil at home and watch a movie. I used to work as a bartender for 3 years so i perfectly know how to keep everything in ideally clean condition. Furthermore, apart from my personal income, I am also financially supported by my family and their income greatly surpasses the rent. Overall, I am a very respectful person and do not cause any disturbance, while also taking care of the place I live in. All this makes me believe that I would be a perfect fit for your apartment.

Hello and nice to meet you! My name is Joris, I am 31 years old and currently live in Utrecht. Unfortunately my relationship has come to an end and I need to move out to a new place as soon as possible and would like to move to Amsterdam. Let me tell a bit more about myself: I was born and raised in the Netherlands and have studied business and innovation in Groningen and Newcastle. I love to travel and go on outdoor adventures. Last year I went hiking for 3 weeks in the Annapurna region in Nepal, this was amazing and I can really recommend it. Next to that I like to do rock climbing and am currently training for a mountain marathon. Now I may seem like someone who can't sit still or whatever but I am a actually a very calm housemate who likes to chill, experiment with cooking, listen to all sorts of music ranging from jazz to hip-hop and from indie to techno (I'll bring my hi-fi set, you'll love it).
