Hi! I'm Linus, 22 years old and currently living in Austria. I have already obtained a degree in Comparative Literature Studies and will be starting another Bachelor in Psychology in September of 2024 at Leiden University. Therefore I am currently on the lookout for possible housing opportunities, where I can stay for the duration of my studies. I consider myself an easy-going person, who enjoys a little company from time to time, but can easily keep to myself as well. In the past I have already had lots of experiences living by myself as well as host families. Therefore I believe that I am rather knwoledgeable about how the process of renting a room and the interactions and obligations that come with it work. In my free time I love to read, go to cafes, meet up with friends and relax in my room. I think I have a lot of qualities that might prove to be of importance when considering me as a tenant, since I am tidy, organized, straightforward and, above all else, very passionate about my goals. I don't need a lot of space, since I can manage with the bare minimum, and am financially stable, which I am happy to provide proof of. I would love to get the opportunity to tell you more about myself via (video-)chat and, ideally, find a room to rent!

Na dit seizoen kan ik dit niet combineren, dus ben van plan hier mee te STOPPEN. In het weekend naast de wedstrijd houd ik van drankjes doen in de stad, of leuke activiteiten doen met vrienden.

Ik steek veel tijd en moeite in mijn studie en ben daarom voornamelijk op school. Ik woon nu nog in Nijmegen. Daarom wil ik graag in Utrecht wonen, dan wordt de reistijd korter en wordt school minder vermoeiend. Verder ben ik twintig jaar. Ik ben een rustig en georganiseerd persoon. Hi, my name is Nikol and I am about to start the first year of my bachelor's degree of Psychology at Maastricht University. I am a 21-year old girl from the capital of Bulgaria- Sofia. Long dark brown hair, hazel eyes (biggest pet peeve is someone telling me my eyes are brown!) and a pretty smile or at least my dad says so :D. I may seem rude at first (sarcasm and dark humour might have something to do with this, oops), but when we start talking you will see I am warm, caring and really goofy. I currently work at a call center as a customer support representative in Sofia. This job was extremely useful for my personal development, because it taught me patience, understanding other people (even when they are wrong 99% of the times) and always finding the right words in order to get along with people who's only initial intention was to shout at you :D. But enough about work. Most of my hobbies and interests are artistic. I love reading and writing poetry, stories and I even started writing a book (please don't judge me, I am also embarrassed of myself). My biggest passion is music- I sing and play the guitar, but do not worry, I will not be bringing my guitar to the Netherlands so I will not make any noise with it :) I am also very interested in travelling and exploring the world (most of my photos I uploaded are from trips actually). I recently also started solo hiking in the mountains (it bodes well for me that I did not get lost). Sportwise, I go to the gym, I like tennis and I also intend to try motocross some day. I am also interested in carting, climbing and surfing- I will even participate in a 1-week kite surfing camp in June. As you can see, I like to live my live as fulfilling as possible, because we only get one chance- I do not want to waste it. I am a social person, who enjoys the casual hang out in the park with a beer, deep talks, discussing the weather and gossiping about other people (of course ending the conversation with "but who am I to judge"). I am always there for my friends if they need me. I like doing fun stuff with my friends, but I also really enjoy just sitting with them and admiring a beautiful sunset. I have already lived a year all by myself in a foreign country far away from family and I gained the needed experience for an independent life. I clean, I do laundry, I tidy my room, wash dishes and big messes disturb me (shoutout to my dad and his OCD). My cooking skills are a delicate subject, but I can make the best pasta with Arrabbiata sauce! In other words, I can look after myself or at least make a very good impression of it. I hope I did not bore you to death with my not so interesting personality!
