In mijn tweede jaar deelde ik een appartement met twee andere huurders, dus ik heb ervaring met samenwonen met een paar mensen. Indien nodig kan ik een referentie van hen als verhuurder overleggen. Mijn financiële garantstellers zijn mijn ouders, dus ik kan hun financiële garantiedocumenten overleggen. Hun gemiddelde netto-inkomen over de afgelopen 3 maanden is 5037 euro. Vanaf september 2026 zit ik in mijn laatste bachelorjaar en vanaf dan ga ik ook op zoek naar een baan. Ik spreek verschillende talen: Engels, Oekraïens, Russisch, Duits en een beetje Nederlands, dus ik hoop dat we elkaar goed zullen kunnen verstaan.

I'm quiet, a non-smoker, and not to sound biased but would consider myself easy to live with. My current lease ends in July, but I'd be willing to sign another lease starting in June.
