My year in Germany showed me how much a good atmosphere at home matters, and I'd love to find something similar in Delft. Additionally, I work 2 jobs part-time (horeca and research). My fiance is working full-time at a biotech company in Delft (has been working there for 9 months already). If extra proof of long-term financial stability is needed, we have parents ready to act as our official guarantors. We also have savings and receive a student grant from the  Dutch government monthly. We can provide a double deposit if that can ensure our reliability as tenants. We have all the required documents available (payslips, employment contracts, proof or enrolment, proof of registration, IDs, bank extracts, Guarantor Agreement, landlord's statement).  We are quiet homebodies, do not throw parties, drink, smoke, have pets or play instruments.
