I'd also say I am capable of fully taking care of myself as a need for that occures every few months before and after summers due to my family's business and I have also been working every summer since I was sixteen. I also have an older brother who studies in Delft and as I have visited him a couple of times I'd say the Netherlands life isn't a completely new thing for me. I'm hoping to find a house near Amsterdam Oost region. I would like my own bedroom, and I'm open to living with 1-3 other people. Ideally, the house would have a yard or at least a porch. If the bedrooms are sized differently enough to justify different prices, I'm happy staying in the larger or smaller room.
