A bit about me: I lived in Maastricht for three years and shared a home with three different roommates, so I'm used to living in a shared environment and know how to keep things tidy and respectful of others' space. I'm social and enjoy getting to know people, but I'm also calm and considerate, especially given my demanding study schedule ahead. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, creative and artsy projects, and staying active through sports. I'm a non-smoker, don't have pets, and speak Italian, English, Spanish, and a bit of German.

Hi, I’m moving from Germany to Delft or The Hague to start my master’s in Applied Mathematics at TU Delft. Outside university, I’m really into sports. At the moment that mostly means running and cycling, but I’m generally up for trying pretty much anything and have been thinking about picking up football again. I’m also a big fan of spontaneous plans, whether that means going for a run, heading to the park, cooking dinner together or grabbing a beer somewhere. I like learning new things and can easily get drawn into a good discussion or some random topic I suddenly want to understand. Recently I’ve also picked up reading again after some peer pressure from friends, and I’m actually enjoying it. I’m using the rest of August to learn as much Dutch as I can. I’m still a beginner, but I’d like to improve quickly once I’m living there and can actually use it every day. I’ve already lived in a shared apartment during my bachelor’s, so I know what it’s like to share a home with other people. Ideally, I’d like to live somewhere where people occasionally cook together, hang out or spontaneously do something, rather than just sharing a kitchen and never seeing each other. At the same time, I’m perfectly happy doing my own thing as well. Right now I’m mainly hoping to find a place where I can settle in before the semester starts.

I'm someone who gets a lot of energy from being around people, whether that's at uni, a rugby training session, a night out, or just chatting over dinner. At the same time, I'm just as happy disappearing into nature for a walk, reading a good book, meditating for a bit, or taking my old camcorder out to film whatever catches my eye. I've also recently gotten into dancing, so don't be surprised if I'm the first one convincing people to join me on the dance floor. In terms of financial situation, I currently am a full-time masters degree student, but i have a guarantor – my mother – who will be paying the rent. She earns in excess of 8,000 euros per month, and the rent will not be a problem at all. Payslips and proof of income can be sent immediately upon request. Lastly, I after living in the Netherlands for a long time, I am bilingual and speak both dutch and English language very well, and I think I would be an ideal roommate for anyone, both male and female.
