Hi! I'm Yannick, 21 years (I'll be 22 by the time I'm moving) old and originally from Thuringia, Germany. I just finished my Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce and will start my Master’s at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences (RUAS) in September. Until then, I’m working and preparing for the move – including improving my Dutch! I’m looking for a furnished (or partly furnished) studio, apartment or a room in a shared flat in Rotterdam, Vlaardingen, Schiedam or Capelle aan den IJssel. My budget is around €800/month (including bills), and ideally I’d like to move in sometime in August (July is also possible). As a roommate or tenant, I’m respectful, calm and tidy. I enjoy a clean and relaxed environment but I’m also open and social when the moment calls for it. I don’t smoke and I’m easygoing when it comes to food – just not a fan of mushrooms 😉. Outside of work and uni, I stay active: I’ve been playing football since I was a kid, I go to the gym, run regularly and love to cook for friends and family. On weekends I’m always up for social events or a good party, but I balance that with a healthy and active lifestyle. I plan to stay in Rotterdam for at least the full duration of my Master’s (1 year, possibly longer).
