Hi there. Having worked and travelled around, I'm looking for a place for long term rental period. Being a quiet person, I enjoy spending time indoors, thus I'm looking for a place where I could focus on my work. Ideally, I'd like to rent a place as of June 1st 2024.

I have already obtained a degree in Comparative Literature Studies and will be starting another Bachelor in Psychology in September of 2024 at Leiden University. Therefore I am currently on the lookout for possible housing opportunities, where I can stay for the duration of my studies. I consider myself an easy-going person, who enjoys a little company from time to time, but can easily keep to myself as well. In the past I have already had lots of experiences living by myself as well as host families. Therefore I believe that I am rather knwoledgeable about how the process of renting a room and the interactions and obligations that come with it work. In my free time I love to read, go to cafes, meet up with friends and relax in my room. I think I have a lot of qualities that might prove to be of importance when considering me as a tenant, since I am tidy, organized, straightforward and, above all else, very passionate about my goals. I don't need a lot of space, since I can manage with the bare minimum, and am financially stable, which I am happy to provide proof of. Volgend jaar ga ik beginnen met mijn bachelor opleiding Security Studies in het mooie Den Haag. Ik woon nu in Boxtel ik ben nu dus op zoek naar een leuke kamer. Hallo, Mijn naam is Alva en ik kom uit Hamburg, Duitsland en zal 19 jaar oud zijn als ik in september aan mijn bachelor International Business begin. Op dit moment ben ik druk bezig met het maken van mijn examens op school, maar in mijn vrije tijd speel ik hockey. Ik heb ervoor gekozen om in Nederland te studeren omdat ik al verliefd was geworden op het land toen ik een uitwisselingsjaar deed in een klein dorpje vlakbij Eindhoven (De Mortel). Daar woonde ik bij een Nederlands gezin en ging naar een Nederlandse school en daarom spreek ik de taal nu vloeiend (ook al is het in de loop van de tijd misschien een beetje roestig geworden;) Ik ben een heel makkelijk en open persoon en help graag waar ik kan! Als het bijvoorbeeld gaat om schoonmaken of opruimen, ben ik zeer verantwoordelijk en betrouwbaar. Hoewel ik met andere mensen samen zou wonen, hoop ik niet alleen met huisgenoten te zijn, maar ook af te kunnen spreken met vrienden om bijvoorbeeld af en toe een kook- of filmavond te houden of gaan picknicken.
