Hi! My name is Niamh and I am currently in my second year studying psychology at RUG! A little bit about myself, I am 21 years old and from Cork, Ireland. In my spare time I like to read, workout, go to aclo classes, hang out with friends or just chill at home (albeit with uni there is not a lot of time to chill😅). I also work part time in Albert Heijn alongside my studies. I am clean, tidy and keep to myself (however I’m always up for a chat!) Hello, hope you are doing well! I am looking for a place to rent until the end of July 2026 as I will begin my Master's in Artificial Intelligence at UvA in September 2024. I am a motivated 3rd-year Data Science student at the TU/e and TiU, passing all of my courses with high grades. Furthermore, my commitment to self-development allows me to be on track to obtain the cum laude honor on my diploma. In my professional life, I am highly ambitious and this led me to seek and fulfill an internship at ASML. (I intend to take on new challenges when studying in Amsterdam). As a tenant, I am very tidy, organized as well as peaceful. And of course, I transfer every payment on time :). In my free time, I love playing chess - I’ve been competing at the national and international level since I was eight years old, which allowed me to become a medalist at multiple national championships (I also won the Dutch Student Chess Championship in 2023). Thanks to this experience, I am a chess coach which allows me to earn around 300-400 euros a month and gives me a lot of fun. Furthermore, apart from my personal income, I am also financially supported by my family and their income greatly surpasses the rent. Overall, I am a very respectful person and do not cause any disturbance, while also taking care of the place I live in. All this makes me believe that I would be a perfect fit for your apartment.

Geachte verhuurder, Wij zijn Wessel (21 jaar) en Noa (20 jaar). Wij zijn opzoek naar een appartement om samen te gaan wonen. We zijn beide nog studerende, Wessel studeert engineering mechatronica en is binnen een jaar klaar en daarna gaat hij werken. Noa zit nu in haar eerste jaar van haar bachelor bestuurskunde aan de Radboud universiteit. Wessel werkt momenteel als bezorger bij Jumbo en bij een machinebouw bedrijf Foodjet, Noa werkt als huishoudelijk hulp/ persoonlijk verzorgster.
