Ik ben Sita, een 22 jarige student aan het einde van haar master Kunstbeleid en Kunstbedrijf aan de Radboud Universiteit. Als junior projectleider werk ik met veel passie bij een kunstfestival in de stad. Ik woon sinds drie jaar op kamers in Weurt (nét naast Nijmegen) en zou heel graag in Nijmegen zelf komen te wonen. Ik ben een vriendelijke, rustige huurder die haar woonruimte graag netjes en schoon houdt.

Hello, hope you are doing well! I am looking for a place to rent until the end of July 2026 as I will begin my Master's in Artificial Intelligence at UvA in September 2024. I am a motivated 3rd-year Data Science student at the TU/e and TiU, passing all of my courses with high grades. Furthermore, my commitment to self-development allows me to be on track to obtain the cum laude honor on my diploma. In my professional life, I am highly ambitious and this led me to seek and fulfill an internship at ASML. (I intend to take on new challenges when studying in Amsterdam). As a tenant, I am very tidy, organized as well as peaceful. And of course, I transfer every payment on time :). In my free time, I love playing chess - I’ve been competing at the national and international level since I was eight years old, which allowed me to become a medalist at multiple national championships (I also won the Dutch Student Chess Championship in 2023). Thanks to this experience, I am a chess coach which allows me to earn around 300-400 euros a month and gives me a lot of fun. Furthermore, apart from my personal income, I am also financially supported by my family and their income greatly surpasses the rent. Overall, I am a very respectful person and do not cause any disturbance, while also taking care of the place I live in. All this makes me believe that I would be a perfect fit for your apartment.

Momenteel reis ik vanuit Nijmegen op en neer naar Leiden voor mijn studie Taalwetenschap. In het weekend en de college-vrije periodes zal ik thuis in Nijmegen zijn. I will start the BA of International Studies at Leiden University, at The Hague campus in September. I'm a polite, quiet and independent girl since I already lived abroad by myself last year in Vancouver - Canada for an exchange year. I'm looking for a no-smoking house for at least a one year long period because I will hopefully stay in The Hague for at least three years. I need a regular contract for the registration at the municipality, and I need the room from August 2024, but if I find the right solution I can anticipate the starting date of the contract.

I really like soccer and watching matches in company. While I like being around people, I'm very calm and also need some time alone, in fact one of the things I need during the day is meditation and I'm looking into starting practicing yoga, I also really like reading books and listening to music. I would love an environment where I can share my spare time with my roommates by doing things like watching football or tennis matches, playing table games watch movies or series together. And at the same time I would like a setting that gives everyone their own space and time to study peacefully. Last but not least, I’m a very tidy person and I like order so I will take care responsibly of my future accommodation.
