Hi there! I'm Platon, originally from Athens, Greece, but soon to be a resident of Amsterdam as I start my studies in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Amsterdam this August. I'm 24, fluent in English, and hoping to find a place to stay either in Amsterdam or nearby. I come from a lovely family of 4. My dad's an Oceanographer and my mom works at NN Group. I also have a younger brother finishing up high school. As a tenant, I'm reliable, tidy, and considerate. I always pay on time, and I take cleanliness seriously. In Greece we have a very strict culture when it comes to hygiene (shoes off, spotless kitchens etc.) so you can expect to find the place cleaner than it initially was. I've had a taste of living abroad when I studied in Norway for a semester back in 2022, so I know how to handle the challenges. When I'm not studying, I love exercising, particularly through Eagle Claw Kung-Fu, which I've been practicing for six years now. I also value a healthy lifestyle, steering clear of smoking and coffee, and alcohol. I'm excited about this new chapter in Amsterdam and would love to chat more about becoming your tenant. Hey, I'm Jana, 20 years old, from Frankfurt Germany. I will start my international bachelor's degree in psychology in Leiden in September. So I'm looking for a room in Leiden/near Leiden from June/July/August on. About me: I graduated from high school last summer and decided to travel Europe. There I worked in different hostels and always shared a dorm with the other lovely volunteers. The 4 months have taught me a lot about being independent and tidying up my stuff and keeping things clean. But it helped me even more to learn to share a room with so many other people from other cultures and to live together and set boundaries as well as to accept those of others. Apart from traveling, I love going out with friends for a few drinks, dancing to house music and wine evenings on the balcony. On the other hand, I also love having really quiet evenings where we just sit together relax, chat, maybe cook and watch a movie. In my free time I go to the gym regularly. And just recently I've gotten to do yoga and Pilates a little more, which I also really enjoy. I am also a very creative person who likes to do crafts, paint or make pottery. And I also enjoy doing it with friends! About the room I would imagine a room around 15 m2 in size. But more important about the roomies. 1-3 roommates would be ideal - but I would have absolutely no problem with a larger number of roommates. Of course it would be great if the roommates were about the same age as me. Of course, I think it would be ideal if at some point as roommates you share hobbies and do things together((:

my name is Luna, I'm 20 and I study psychology at Erasmus. I’m I am a very extroverted and open-minded person and love to hang out with friends and try new things all the time. Whether that is new coffee spots, food, trips, classes,… I really like dinner or game nights with friends as well.
