I will be moving to Breda this upcoming August for a 6-month exchange program at Avans Hogeschool. Since I am relocating for my studies, I am currently looking for a comfortable and quiet place to call home from August to February. I will be moving in alone. Regarding my financial situation, my exchange is fully secured and supported by my family. My father is acting as my financial guarantor for this trip and can gladly provide official proof of income, bank statements, or any other necessary documentation to demonstrate complete financial stability and guarantee that rent will always be paid exactly on time. As a person, I’m sociable and get along well with others. I really enjoy talking with all kinds of people, but I also value my privacy and enjoy quiet moments alone to recharge. My architecture career often requires me to work long hours, so I may spend a lot of time in front of the computer. I love order and consider myself an organized person. Aside from my studies, I really enjoy everything related to the gym, especially soccer. I’m passionate about music and cooking, so my daily life revolves around these interests, as I like to plan my meals and enjoy cooking itself. I consider myself a very respectful and easy-going tenant. I already have solid experience managing my own living situations: I lived with roommates in Playa del Carmen for two months, and I have also lived completely on my own in Mexico City for six months. Because of this, I am fully aware of what it takes to maintain a household, keep spaces spotless, clean up immediately after cooking, and respect the quiet hours and privacy of others.
