7856 Tenants in Netherlands

I moved to the Netherlands for my job in January - I work as a translator for an international travel company - and am temporarily living in a shared apartment. Since the landlord will sell the house and my rental contract ends at the end of April, I'm looking for a new home starting from mid-April/beginning of May. My office is located in Amsterdam, so I'm looking for a quiet (studio) apartment or a quiet room in a shared apartment close to a train/tram station or bus stop with good connections to "Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena". However, since I work partly from home, a commute of up to an hour is fine to me, and I'm open to accommodation outside of Amsterdam if I can reach the office within a reasonable time. I'm a reliable, tidy and clean tenant and take good care of the space I live in. I'm quiet and am also looking for a quiet space since I work from home on some days. Therefore, I'm also looking for a space with enough room to have a desk and an office chair (apart from the usual bed, closet, etc.). If you offer a room in a shared apartment, please additionally note: I have lived in various shared apartments before and can accommodate to different kind of roommates easily. I'm a nice, quiet (but sociable), tidy and reliable person. I'm respectful towards my roommates' needs, and will always treat shared spaces and your privacy with care.

Hello! I am a 21 year old Korean/Irish student starting the Computer Science course at TUDelft this September. I just finished my mandatory military service in Korea (I've completed lots of side quests like mowing, fixing cars, sweeping snow and cleaning, lots, LOTS of cleaning) so I have a degree of tidiness reinforced in me! I am currently looking for accommodation (like everyone else on this website ofc), preferrably shared since it's my first year living independently. For the majority of the time, I will be suffering in my room to try keep up with my studies, but as an extrovert, I will most likely not be able to refuse any invitations for a social event 😎 I might be hard to get along with if you like to live life a little more... carefree/spontaneous but I am willing to take up more of the cleaning duties if that will help keep accommodation tidy. As a hobby, I like working out and boxing, and I am trying to get back into reading (mostly non-fiction) and I wouldn't mind any recommendations! I am a motivated 3rd-year Data Science student at the TU/e and TiU, passing all of my courses with high grades. Furthermore, my commitment to self-development allows me to be on track to obtain the cum laude honor on my diploma. Furthermore, apart from my personal income, I am also financially supported by my family and their income greatly surpasses the rent. Overall, I am a very respectful person and do not cause any disturbance, while also taking care of the place I live in. All this makes me believe that I would be a perfect fit for your apartment.
