I am a clean, sociable and attentive 25yo Masters of Economics student at the UvA coming to the end of my study. I work part time and am looking for something for 3-6 months with possible extension in a respectful space anywhere in Amsterdam. I am not fussy and have so far lived with many international flatmates and built lasting connections. My budget is a maximum of 800 euros incl, and 700 without a contract. I am planning on moving to Utrecht this summer to complete my masters in Neuroscience and Cognition. I am looking to start renting in June or July for 1 or 2 years. I am a quiet and clean female tenant. I always pay on time and can provide a reference from my current landlord speaking to my qualities as a tenant :) My parents will serve as my guarantors. I understand renters are receiving lots of requests for viewings given the housing crisis, but I’d really appreciate the opportunity to arrange a viewing.
