You can trust that your property would be well cared for the whole time I'm there. On the practical side, I'm someone you can count on. Rent will always be paid on time, without exception. I don't smoke, and I don't have pets, so there's no risk of odor, damage, or allergens in the property. I'll be honest that I'm searching with some urgency, since my current contract ends at the end of August, but I don't want that to come across as desperation. I'm looking for a stable, long-term home for the rest of my Master's and the coming years as I transition into full time work. I think a quiet, well-kept studio and a quiet, well-kept tenant just make sense together, and I'd be very happy to share references, or anything else that would put your mind at ease. About me: alongside my studies I work as an IT administrator (it's remote, so it continues after I move). Outside of that I'm into philosophy, I read a lot, and I like long walks to clear my head. I have no pets. Financially, my parents act as guarantors, and I can provide proof of enrolment, a guarantor statement with income documents and bank statements immediately. A two-month deposit is no problem. I don't speak Dutch yet, but I'm starting a course at the university in September. Until then I'm happy to communicate in English or German.
