Hi, Ik woon op dit moment bij mijn moeder in Den Haag. Ik ben 21 jaar oud en ik studeer op dit moment Mediaredactiemedewerker in Leiden met veel plezier! Ik zit in mijn laatste jaar en wil daarna Multimedia Design en Communicatie in Utrecht studeren. Hopelijk kan ik in jullie woning terecht aankomende schooljaar, maar ik zou eigenlijk ook per direct kunnen intrekken. Voor de rest ben ik totaal geen feeststudent. Ik wil mij graag serieus focussen op mijn studie en daarbij graag op mijzelf wonen. In mijn vrije tijd ga ik graag naar de natuur, of musea en ook game ik graag of kijk ik een film. Ik werk op dit moment ook bij een bioscoop en ik hoop mijn ervaring verder te kunnen ontwikkelen in Utrecht. Mijn maandinkomen is om en nabij de 1250 euro en inclusief uitwonende beurs en huurtoeslag zit ik al snel tegen de 1.750 euro per maand, maar mijn ouders kunnen ook gerantstaan voor de huur.

First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around 2400€ monthly and 30k€ annually gross, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 18 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. I work through a work agency and I understand that landlords are very put off by that, but I can assure you that my position is 100% firm and there is virtually no chance of me getting laid off. If you have any doubts, I can explain the full work situation in detail. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation and general focus on my health. My name is Linus, I am 21 years old and I am studying Artificial Intelligence. Currently, I am finishing up my Undergraduate studies in Groningen but after the summer, I will continue my Master's studies at UvA, so I am now looking for a new place to live! I am a sociable person and don't have any issues sharing spaces. Previously, I have lived both in a large student house and in a small flat with two other roommates. And while I do appreciate order and cleanliness, I also understand that sometimes a pot has to soak overnight. It is important to me to be on good terms with my roommates and I enjoy spending time with them, whether that means catching up after a long day, cooking together or watching a movie, or going out to a museum or concert. In my free time, I like to read, cook, and do sports, especially with friends. Now and then I also enjoy partying and going out, if uni allows that.
