I’m Yombo (31) a single professional working full-time in the fintech industry, seeking a comfortable and convenient living space in Amsterdam. I’ve been living in Amsterdam over 4yrs now moved here from Toronto. I only speak English but learning Dutch too. I value a clean and organized environment. I think am pretty easy to get along well with everyone and would be a good flat mate overall. If there’s anything you’ll like to know about me, please feel free.

I’m a 19 year-old Italian student, who is looking forward to studying physics in Groningen from the next academic year so I think I will move here at the end of August. I love discovering new places but more than anything meeting people from other countries and different cultures, I'm veryy friendly and I can easily connect with everyone. I really like soccer and watching matches in company. While I like being around people, I'm very calm and also need some time alone, in fact one of the things I need during the day is meditation and I'm looking into starting practicing yoga, I also really like reading books and listening to music. I would love an environment where I can share my spare time with my roommates by doing things like watching football or tennis matches, playing table games watch movies or series together. And at the same time I would like a setting that gives everyone their own space and time to study peacefully. Last but not least, I’m a very tidy person and I like order so I will take care responsibly of my future accommodation.

During weekdays, most of the time I remain focused on my studies and working out. Even though I can have much fun going out, I prefer recharging with a relaxing weekend.

As a tenant I´m reliable, tidy and considerate. I´d consider myself a pretty calm person and value cleanliness and personal space. Since I´m more of an introvert, I like to spend time by myself, but don´t mind some company every now and then. I have always been a huge bookworm, like gaming and all sorts of sportive activities. Hey, my name is Kerrin, I´m 24 and a soon to be Master´s student from Germany looking for a place to live in Leiden or close by that ideally comes with nice people to live with and will hopefully feel like a home for the next few years. I´m currently finishing my Bachelor´s of molecular medicine in Tübingen, Germany, and will specialize in Biology and Science Communication in the future. Being interested in communication also means that I put great emphasis on a well-functioning communication in a shared flat and with people in general. It is very important to me that everyone´s needs can be talked about and are respected (including e.g. clean common spaces, quiet times, consideration of stressfull times, etc.). I´ve lived in two different shared flats and a student residence so far and loved the feeling of community and activities like cooking together, trips, or board game nights. I´m not much of a party person but will always be happy to join you for a cup of coffee or a walk on the beach. My friends describe me as empathetic, determined, well-organized, and funny and in my free time I like to be creative, spend time outside or cooking, meeting friends over a coffee, or learn a new language. Besides English and German, I´ve had fun learning Swedish and am currently getting into Spanish and Dutch. It would be great to have flatmates who could see themselves contributing to my Dutch too. Perks of living with me would include that I can take very good care of your plants while you´re away and that I have lots of great recipes from my time working at the bakery of my favorite café. Hello, my name is Benedetta and I am looking for a room to rent in The Hague. I'm Italian and I live in Rome. I will start the BA of International Studies at Leiden University, at The Hague campus in September. I'm a polite, quiet and independent girl since I already lived abroad by myself last year in Vancouver - Canada for an exchange year. I'm looking for a no-smoking house for at least a one year long period because I will hopefully stay in The Hague for at least three years. I need a regular contract for the registration at the municipality, and I need the room from August 2024, but if I find the right solution I can anticipate the starting date of the contract.
