Hi! I'm Linus, 22 years old and currently living in Austria. I have already obtained a degree in Comparative Literature Studies and will be starting another Bachelor in Psychology in September of 2024 at Leiden University. Therefore I am currently on the lookout for possible housing opportunities, where I can stay for the duration of my studies. I consider myself an easy-going person, who enjoys a little company from time to time, but can easily keep to myself as well. In the past I have already had lots of experiences living by myself as well as host families. Therefore I believe that I am rather knwoledgeable about how the process of renting a room and the interactions and obligations that come with it work. In my free time I love to read, go to cafes, meet up with friends and relax in my room. I think I have a lot of qualities that might prove to be of importance when considering me as a tenant, since I am tidy, organized, straightforward and, above all else, very passionate about my goals. I don't need a lot of space, since I can manage with the bare minimum, and am financially stable, which I am happy to provide proof of. I would love to get the opportunity to tell you more about myself via (video-)chat and, ideally, find a room to rent!

Na de zomer begin ik met de studie geneeskunde in Utrecht. Ik woon op dit moment in Drenthe en ben ik dus op zoek naar een kamer. Afgelopen zomer heb ik 2 maand in Frankrijk op een camping in de animatie gewerkt. Nu heb ik een tussenjaar en werk 32 uur in de week. Ik ben een gezellig, sociaal en net persoon. Hello, my name is Jay and I'm a 27 years old Jazz musician from Vitoria-Gasteiz in the north of Spain. This last few years I've been studying Jazz Guitar in the Conservatoire of Pamplona, Spain from which I've just graduated and also working as a guitar teacher in different places. My idea for the future is to find an affordable room/home in Amsterdam and apply for the Conservatorium van Amsterdam for the next term as I visited a couple of months back and I fell in love with the place and the music scene which I must say it's truly captivating. Personally, I'm a peaceful person, I spend most of time studying music or practicing in my room (I use headphones to practice, I don't want to bother anyone with my music), I'm not really a party person, I enjoy my peace and quiet and I love to read or go watch art/paintings in a museum...I also like to keep the house tidy, I've shared a house before with flat-mates and we used to have like a cleaning schedule that worked well just so everyone enjoy their time and have space to do their own thing in peace.
