At age of 12, I started study abroad by myself in the United States where I have lived with different teachers/students famility house and dormatory for 7 years. Since then, I have spent 2 years in millitary and moved to the Netherlands where I lived in shared house for years. My experience of living in multiple shared house for over dozen years with diverse culture and people provided me with understanding the basis of living with others. I am from Korea but have been using English since 9. Additionally, I have begun studying Dutch, though I am not yet proficient. I am a quiet, non-smoking or drinking individual who values cleanliness and respects of privacy. I do not organize indoor parties and am accustomed to living with people from any backgrounds. Daardoor ben ik van jongs af aan gewend om opgeruimd, georganiseerd en hygiënisch te leven. Ik hou niet van insecten, dus ik zorg er altijd voor dat mijn woonruimte schoon blijft en geen etensresten of rommel bevat. Tijdens reizen met vrienden neem ik vanzelf de verantwoordelijkheid voor afwassen, de prullenbak legen, opruimen en het netjes houden van de accommodatie. Dit werd zelfs gewaardeerd door de verhuurder, die mij later een bericht stuurde om te bedanken voor het netjes verlaten van de accommodatie. Daarnaast heb ik werkervaring in cafés en restaurants, waardoor ik gewend ben aan hoge hygiënestandaarden. Ik kan goed moppen, bleken en zorg ervoor dat mijn omgeving altijd netjes en schoon blijft. Ik ben verantwoordelijk, respecteer huisregels en ga zorgvuldig om met woonruimte. Zoals ik eerder benoemd, mijn ouders kunnen indien gewenst een referentie of garantstelling geven. Ik heb geen negatieve verhuurgeschiedenis en verhuurders kunnen rekenen op een rustige, nette en betrouwbare huurder.
