Hello, my name is Benedetta and I am looking for a room to rent in The Hague. I'm Italian and I live in Rome. I will start the BA of International Studies at Leiden University, at The Hague campus in September. I'm a polite, quiet and independent girl since I already lived abroad by myself last year in Vancouver - Canada for an exchange year. I'm looking for a no-smoking house for at least a one year long period because I will hopefully stay in The Hague for at least three years. I need a regular contract for the registration at the municipality, and I need the room from August 2024, but if I find the right solution I can anticipate the starting date of the contract.

I've lived in The Netherlands, currently in De Pijp, for some years now, and love living in Amsterdam so Im looking for something small and cozy that would allow me to stay here. I am consistent with all payments and have a great amount of tenant experience and can therefore handle any responsibilities that come with the role.
