Beste Verhuurder, Mijn naam is Imke Brolsma, ik ben 23 jaar en combineer mijn studie met een parttime baan. Maandelijks beschik ik over een stabiel inkomen van €2.714, afkomstig uit mijn salaris (€1.000 bruto), studiefinanciering (€900), huurtoeslag (€450) en een bijdrage van mijn ouders (€500). Ik woon inmiddels twee jaar zelfstandig samen met een vriendin en ben dus goed bekend met de verantwoordelijkheden die zelfstandig wonen met zich meebrengt. Nu ben ik op zoek naar mijn eigen basis om mijn toekomst verder op te bouwen. Aangezien werkende huurders vaak voorrang krijgen, hoop ik dat u mij in overweging wilt nemen. I love taking things easy and going on walks and going out to restaurants. One of the most important things to me is respect, with that I am very respectful towards any neighbours, the area I live in and the place I will live in.
