I'm a PhD candidate at Radboud University and looking for a nice place to stay somewere close by. I'm 24 years old and moved from Germany to Nijmegen about 1.5 years ago. My previous accomodations were temporary and I have to leave my current place mid August at the latest. In case you need the information, my gross salary amounts to 2700€ per month currently. I like sports a lot, so in my free time, one would most likely find me outside, running or hiking, and enjoying nature. Once a week, I go to an orchestra rehearsal of the Canisius Concertband, a wind orchestra here in Nijmegen. Otherwise, I spend most of my time in the lab, between struggling with the facilites and doing exciting science.

Hoi and hello! Mijn naam is Hannah, ik ben 24 jaar oud en kom uit Aken in Duitsland. I graduated in "Politics and Society" and "English Studies" from Bonn University and would like to continue my studies at Leiden University. But don't worry, I'm not as boring as my studies sound. I'm an outgoing, communicative person who likes to spend time in nature but also enjoys cozy evenings reading books, writing and watching movies. In my free time, I like to cook, bake and try out new things. The newest addition to that is archery (and I haven't shot anyone yet out of accident, so that's a bonus). Although I like to spend time with other people, I'm a calm person who also appreciates peace and quiet sometimes. So concerning that, I'm a quiet, unobtrusive roommate. Living together is about respecting each others needs and wishes. You want to spend your evening alone or simply sit together for company? That's fine. You want to have long and fun conversations about books, history, TV shows and all things under the sun? Also fine, I'm your woman. So that's me so far. I'd be happy if that sparked your interest. Something else that might be good to know is that I'm fluent in both English and German. I also speak a little Dutch, since I've started to learn it, but so far it's mostly understanding what people say. Hallo! Mijn naam is Irini, en ik ben op zoek naar een leuke woning in Groningen. Het liefst een studio of appartementje, omdat ik graag een plekje voor mijzelf heb. Ik ben 27 jaar en ik werk sinds kort in het Drents Museum in Assen als conservator. Dit bevalt erg goed en daarom ben ik ook op zoek naar een woning in de buurt. In mijn vrije tijd ga ik er graag op uit! Denk aan film festivals, theater of een kledingruil. Ook houd ik ervan om thuis lekker te bakken of te koken, met vrienden te eten of lekker te relaxen. Verder doe ik aan hardlopen en yoga in mijn vrije tijd. Ik hoop dat ik iets kan vinden in Groningen!

New Student at DAE

Hi! I am going to be moving to Leiden this summer to begin studying Molecular Biology at Leiden University’s MSc programme. I am excited to start this new adventure and hope to find a room that will allow for a smooth transition for this next chapter. I am a very considerate roommate who is clean, quiet and responsible. I love reading, music, outdoor activities and travel. I have rented several apartments in my time as a college student in the United States and then again while working post college. I am a born and raised New Yorker with dual US and German citizenship and this is my first time living abroad for an extended period of time. Beste verhuurder, Ik ben Randy, een serieuze rustige man met van Indische afkomst en geboren in Arnhem op 27 maart 1964.. Ik ben nu ruim 20 jaar werkzaam op Schiphol en na 17 jaar onafgebroken anti-kraak te hebben gewoond op 2 verschillende locaties, respectievelijk 7 jaar in Rozenburg NH en tot op heden 10 jaar in Waverveen UT, is daar nu een einde aan gekomen en zoek ik nu met spoed, al dan niet tijdelijk, woonruimte per 1 Mei 2024. Hi! My name is Alicia. I have been studying Philosophy at the Radboud University for the past year. Right now I am living independently in a room in Nijmegen. Unfortunately this is temporarily, as the contract will be expired in a few months. I am already looking for a new place, because I fell in love with Nijmegen and already built a life for myself here. Also I would like to take on an extra study next year (biology) and it would be very tough to do this while traveling 3 hrs a day. I would characterise myself als spontaneous, extroverted and creative. I love meeting new people and getting to know them. While I enjoy being with other people, I also enjoy spending time alone every now and then. It is in these moments that I like to go to the gym, or just engage in any physical activity in general. Other hobbies of mine are reading, learning (esp. new languages), chilling with friends, going on adventures (could be just in the city, but I also really like to travel the world), meeting new people and playing the piano every now and then. My first language is Dutch, but since my mother is Ukrainian I am also able to speak some Russian. Besides that I also am able to speak English.

Wij, Koen en Nina, zijn vanwege een nieuwe baan in Bunnik op zoek naar een woning in de omgeving. Momenteel wonen we in Dordrecht, maar vanwege werk en studie verwachten wij voor een langere tijd in ons toekomstige huisje (in de buurt van) Utrecht te zitten. We roken niet en hebben geen huisdieren. Koen is in Februari bij StayOkay Hostel Bunnik begonnen als F&B Manager. Nina doet een master in Human-Computer Interaction aan de Universiteit Utrecht en werkt daarnaast bij Lidl. We hebben dus beide vaste inkomens en sturen graag tijdig alle benodigde documenten om dit te bewijzen. We houden van rust en ritme en zijn in onze vrije tijd graag in de natuur bezig.
