Hi, I am Anna, 21 years old, a full time student at the UvA and about to start my second year of my PPLE Bachelor. I am looking for a room in Amsterdam, short or long term, with a max. budget of 1000/month. Originally form Germany, I lived for two years at the boarding school United World Colleges where I shared my kitchen with 24 people!! Safe to say I know what it means to share spaces with other people, to be tidy, social and responsible. Other than being a great roomate, one can find me dancing salsa, going out with friends and of course studying the night before the exam when procrastination once again took over me.

Mijn budget is maximaal €1300 voor een appartement en maximaal €700 voor een kamer in een gedeelde woning. Ik ben eventueel ook geïnteresseerd in een appartement met twee slaapkamers, aangezien ik dat zou kunnen huren samen met een andere promovendus. Ons gezamenlijke budget hiervoor is onderhandelbaar. Qua verhuisdatum ben ik flexibel vanaf augustus tot uiterlijk 1 oktober. Kort over mezelf: Ik ben een vriendelijk, net en erg georganiseerd persoon, en ook vrij introvert (maar zeker niet antisociaal). Ik rook niet en ik heb geen huisdieren. Het is belangrijk voor mij om een ontspannen sfeer thuis te hebben zodat ik kan bijkomen na een lange werkdag. Ik woon momenteel in een gedeelde studentenwoning en ben dus al bekend met de gang van zaken. Buiten het lab houd ik erg van creativiteit, vooral van schilderen, breien en naaien. Two years ago I moved to Gothenburg in Sweden for my master's degree. Now it's time for another move, as I'm starting my PhD in Physical Chemistry at Leiden University this autumn. My position is fully funded, so I am getting a monthly salary for the entirety of my doctorate. I am looking for a place to stay, ideally long-term (at least 1 year), in Leiden or the surrounding towns, with these parameters: Non-negotiable: registration should be possible.
