I like sports, am tidy, respectful of the rules and would like to find a place where I can feel nice and at home so would treat it that way as well. :) Since I am a student, there is no problem to provide info about my guarantor/parents (like their income or bank statements) so that you can see there would be no issues with paying the rent. I also have no problem paying for several months in advance if we agree on it. I am looking for accommodation ideally from late August 2025 to the end of June 2026 but can be flexible with the dates.
