Hello! My name is Sonya, I'm a Law and Criminology student transitioning from my Bachelor's to Master's studies in Amsterdam this September. My boyfriend, who studies Film and Media, will be pursuing his Master's degree in Utrecht. Because of our different university locations, we're flexible with finding a home in either Amsterdam or Utrecht, with good transport connections between the two cities being ideal. We're seeking a comfortable, long-term rental starting July 2025 when our current Amsterdam lease ends. Financially, we're on solid ground with multiple income sources. We both work part-time alongside our studies , receive monthly student finance from DUO, and have consistent financial support from our families. This combination provides us with stable and sufficient monthly income to comfortably meet rental obligations. As tenants, we take pride in maintaining a clean, organized living space and have always had excellent relationships with previous landlords. We're quiet, respectful of neighbors, and treat any accommodation as if it were our own. We don't smoke and have no pets. Having a place where we can register officially is particularly important for us, as this affects our studies and residency status. We're flexible with viewing times and always prompt in our communications. We're eager to find the right home where we can create a peaceful study environment and build our life together as we complete our Master's degrees!

Hoi! Ik ben Thijs en ga in september beginnen aan het ArteZ conservatorium met hoofdvak Drums. Aangezien ik in de kop van Noord-Holland woon waarbij de reistijd met het OV gemiddeld 4,5 uur is, ben ik op zoek naar een kamer in Enschede. Ik ben een echte muziek liefhebber en ben groot fan van Red Hot Chili Peppers, Foo Fighters en Greta van Fleet. Ik ben een introverte, rustige maar sociale jongen die graag een biertje lust. Het uitgaansleven is mij goed bekend, maar voornamelijk vanachter mijn drumstel. Drummen zal ik doen op het conservatorium, dus wees gerust; geen herrie in huis wat betreft t drumstel. Ik ben op zoek naar een rustig huis waarbij er ruimte is voor ieder zijn eigen ding. Hoi! Mijn naam is Koen, Ik ben 22 jaar en zit in het derde jaar van de opleiding Sportkunde. Volgend studiejaar ga ik afstuderen, waarbij ik mijn eigen sportbedrijf ga opzetten als afstudeeropdracht, een mooie uitdaging waar ik veel zin in heb. In het dagelijks leven ben ik erg sportief: ik ben judoka bij de Mattekloppers, geef judoles aan kinderen, ben regelmatig in de sportschool te vinden en geef in de zomervakanties zeilles op Texel. Ik ben een rustige, sociale jongen en altijd in voor een gezellig praatje. Ik woon inmiddels al vijf jaar op kamers, dus ik weet hoe belangrijk het is om een schoon en netjes huishouden te hebben, daar draag ik graag aan bij. Hoi! Ik ben Bodien, 24 jaar en begin in september aan mijn laatste, vierde jaar aan het Saxion, waar ik Creative Business studeer (met de focus op journalistiek!). Ik houd enorm veel van gezelligheid maar ik heb ook zeker mijn eigen rustige momentjes nodig. Ik ben een actief persoon die graag leest, lekkere maaltijden probeert te koken, ietwat zuiver(!) meezingt onder de douche, met haar vrienden afspreekt en kringloopwinkels afsnuffelt. Aan schoonmaakroosters houden is geen probleem, aangezien ik ook van een net huis houd! Samen eten vind ik heel leuk, maar ik ben wel een vegetariër (die overigens geen problemen heeft met vleesetenden om haar heen!). Ik hoop een mooi plekje in Enschede te vinden en een goede toevoeging te zijn aan een nieuw, leuk huis :).
