I am renting out some space from my apartment. Since I also will stay in the apartment I will be your host (not a student), and as we may spend some time in the same apartment it may be a good idea to share some info about myself. I am broadly interested. I consider myself a social person. I like to be in contact with other people from all kinds of origin and like to talk about all kinds of subjects. I am an alpha as well as a beta person, I am into technical stuff as well as into languages. I do a lot of fitness at home. I have done all kinds of interesting things mostly on the area of IT, but have stopped working on a fixed position for a while now. I am not the type working with a fixed agenda, I eat when I want, sleep when I want, go out where and when I want, but I am quite punctial with my appointments and rules. Also I keep all my business in good order. I am rather experienced with renting to expats, young foreigners and Dutch people, though not in the house where I live myself, so this is new to me, but I am open to new things.

I think, that now that I plan on being in the Netherlands for three years, it would be amazing to be able to properly immerse myself in the country. I graduated high school in the summer of 2022, and I have been travelling since. I spent one year backpacking through the Balkans, Caucasus, Nepal, India, South East Asia, Taiwan and Hong Kong. After that I was so tired, but not ready to go back to Europe, so I spent 6 months living and working in Melbourne, Australia with my sibling. I worked as a waiter and a bartender. While living in Melbourne I lived in a couple different rental houses. I loved living with my room mates and sharing our everyday. I am quite tidy and outgoing, so I enjoy living in a shared space. While in Australia, I have also worked on constructing a building exclusively out of natural materials on an old-school hippie retreat, taken care of 73 unruly huskies on an isolated mountain farm and worked at a hostel in the red-earth centre of Australia. FINANCIALS I get a monthly student support from the Danish government of about €850 that will cover my rent. I intend to work on the side while studying.
