Hello, I am a 27 year old student, doing a masters in Media Art Design and Technology in Minerva Academy. As an introvert I value calm, clean and tidy environments. I am not a smoker and as someone who is also renting their house back in my hometown I understand the importance of taking good care of a place and treating it responsibly as a renter. I plan to stay in Groningen after graduating, so I'm looking for a spot to call my home. I have been currently living in Upsilon with 7 housemates so I have experience with respectfully sharing a space. My hobbies are doing digital art on my computer, watching movies and series and doing pilates. Regarding my financial situation, I work part time but my parents will be able to cover my rent as the guarantors and their income declarations can be provided if necessary. I am also legitimate for rent allowance.

Dag allemaal! Ik ben Rick, 24 jaar oud, woon momenteel nog in Amersfoort maar zou erg graag een gezellig huis/fijne plek voor mezelf vinden in Utrecht! Deze zomer heb ik mijn master Spatial Planning aan de UU afgerond. Hierna vond ik het tijd om even bij te komen en heb ik een reis naar Japan gemaakt. Na een aantal maanden goed genoten te hebben is mijn leven als werkloze inmiddels ten eind.. Sinds kort ben ik namelijk begonnen als Trainee Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling en houd ik mij o.a. bezig met onderwerpen als stedenbouw en klimaatadaptatie :). Verder wil ik daar naast blijven werken als muziekproducent wat ik al een aantal jaar heb gedaan als bijbaan naast het studeren. In mijn vrije tijd maak ik dan ook graag muziek (gelukkig ook met koptelefoon ;) ), en als ik wat afwisseling zoek maar wel creatief wil zijn ben ik bezig met fotografie of lekker even aan het tekenen. Ik vind het heerlijk om (samen) te koken en ben ook regelmatig in de sportschool te vinden of loop ik een rondje hard. Ook ben ik niet vies van gezelligheid, denk aan een huisfeestje of borrel, maar ik moet zeggen dat het regelmatig uitgaan er voor mij niet (meer) zo in zit.
