Hey! Ik ben Nelleke en ik ben op zoek naar een kamer in Breda, omdat ik vanaf september bij de BUAS ga studeren. Ik ben iemand die van gezelligheid houdt of het nu gaat om het vinden van leuke cafés, genieten van de sfeer op een terras of gewoon samen een gezellige opstap gaan, ik ben altijd in voor een leuke tijd. Naast mijn sociale kant ben ik ook serieus over mijn studie en waardeer ik een rustige plek om te kunnen studeren. Maar ik hoop zeker een huis te vinden waar er een goede balans is tussen studeren en gezelligheid! Ik ben een relaxte sociale huisgenoot en hecht veel waarde aan respectvol met anderen omgaan en aan een goede sfeer in huis. Ik kijk er echt naar uit om nieuwe mensen te ontmoeten en samen een toffe tijd te beleven in Breda.

Mijn studie is een versnelde MBO 4 opleiding die ik zo snel mogelijk wil afronden om daarna door te stromen haar het hbo (Associate Degree Ondernemen). Currently, I live in an apartment in Nieuw-West with one roommate, however, my rental contract was only one year, so now is the time for me to look for a new place I can call home. When am I moving? I am looking for a room from June onward but I am flexible and can also move in sooner! Am I tidy? I am Austrian, I think being organized and tidy is in our DNA 😄 But seriously, I think when sharing your living space it's important to clean up after yourself and just be considerate of one another (and have open communication!) Who else am I bringing? No one! It's just me and my 3 plants (but they are barely hanging on for dear life… so we'll see if they make it) BUT I am always buying fresh flowers (see picture as a reference 🌸) What do I do when I am not working? Generally, I am a quite quiet and relaxed person. Since my job is very demanding, I am usually tired when I get home. However, I am always up for a chat :) Weekends I either spend with friends at a nice brunch spot, go to a museum, the gym, or a nice walk, or just relax with a nice book. Am I a party girl? On a good day, I barely make it to 11.00 pm before I hit the bed 😴 but then again, if you wanna have a glass of wine in the kitchen and talk about life...say less 🍷 Some other things you should know? I don't have any pets, I don't smoke and I would like to rent a room for at least 1 year, but preferably longer if that's possible.
