Hoi hoi :) I’m Ella and I moved to the Netherlands last year. My current housing contract is ending soon so I’m looking for a new place to call home :) I would love to move into a shared apartment with some sweet roomies, since I truly enjoy living with others <3 A bit more about myself: I grew up in Germany but the last years I spend abroad (mainly in Latin America) working and traveling. I’ve always lived together with people that last years so I’m used to the typical co-living rules and I enjoy sharing a home. Last year I decided to move to Amsterdam to study anthropology and I’ve been enjoying the city and the people a lot! I’m outgoing, I love seeing concerts, going to parks and cafes but I also enjoy staying at home and having some good foooood and chats :) I’m part of a gymnastic team and I go boulder quite often. I also like music, I have my little keyboard with me here in Amsterdam. Op het moment woon ik met mijn ouders en mijn hond Beau in Voorhout, dichtbij Leiden. Ik heb op school gezeten in Leiden en kom volgend jaar in Maastricht studeren. I love learning, not just through my studies, but also through people, conversations, and everyday experiences. Outside of university, I like to stay active. Sports have always been part of my life. I swam competitively for over 12 years, and now I spend part of my free time at the gym or on a tennis court, which I find both fun and relaxing. Music is another passion of mine. I grew up listening to rock thanks to my dad, started playing electric guitar, and over time developed a broad taste that includes everything from progressive rock to rap. Buiten de universiteit blijf ik graag actief. Sport speelt al lang een rol in mijn leven. Ik heb meer dan 12 jaar op hoog niveau gezwommen, en tegenwoordig breng ik een deel van mijn vrije tijd door in de sportschool of op de tennisbaan. Dat vind ik leuk én ontspannend. Muziek is een andere grote passie. Dankzij mijn vader ben ik opgegroeid met rockmuziek, ben ik elektrische gitaar gaan spelen, en met de tijd is mijn smaak breder geworden, van progressieve rock tot rap. Op dit moment richt ik me op het opbouwen van een evenwichtig en betekenisvol leven hier in Nederland, waarin zowel mijn studie als persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan.
