A little about me - I am fully employed at a Digital Marketing & Streaming company in Amsterdam, and will be moving in alone with no pets. I've lived in The Netherlands, currently in De Pijp, for some years now, and love living in Amsterdam so Im looking for something small and cozy that would allow me to stay here. I am clean and organised, and have had great relationships with my past landlords. I am consistent with all payments and have a great amount of tenant experience and can therefore handle any responsibilities that come with the role. I enjoy going to workouts in my area as well as going out for dinner with friends. I live a fairly routine lifestyle, that is undisruptive to my neighbours. Hello, I’m an international student from the US who has been living in the Netherlands (Maastricht) for the past 3 years. I am planning on moving to Utrecht this summer to complete my masters in Neuroscience and Cognition. I am looking to start renting in June or July for 1 or 2 years. I am a quiet and clean female tenant. I always pay on time and can provide a reference from my current landlord speaking to my qualities as a tenant :) My parents will serve as my guarantors. I understand renters are receiving lots of requests for viewings given the housing crisis, but I’d really appreciate the opportunity to arrange a viewing.
