I work as a men’s/women’s hairdresser for about 3 years as well. I am currently in Rotterdam and ready for viewing. Since I also will stay in the apartment I will be your host (not a student), and as we may spend some time in the same apartment it may be a good idea to share some info about myself. I am broadly interested. I consider myself a social person. I like to be in contact with other people from all kinds of origin and like to talk about all kinds of subjects. I am an alpha as well as a beta person, I am into technical stuff as well as into languages. I do a lot of fitness at home. I have done all kinds of interesting things mostly on the area of IT, but have stopped working on a fixed position for a while now. I am not the type working with a fixed agenda, I eat when I want, sleep when I want, go out where and when I want, but I am quite punctial with my appointments and rules. Also I keep all my business in good order. I am rather experienced with renting to expats, young foreigners and Dutch people, though not in the house where I live myself, so this is new to me, but I am open to new things.

Hoi ik ben Jeroen! Ik verhuis deze zomer naar Arnhem om aan de studie tuin- en landschapsinrichting te beginnen. Ik houd dus van groen! Ook het water is een geliefde plek voor mij, ik houd van zeilen en reizen en ben o.a. naar de Caribbean en naar IJsland gezeild. Lekker eten maken vind ik ook leuk ;) Ik zoek een kamer in een huis, waar het natuurlijk gezellig is, maar waar het ook een beetje opgeruimd en schoon is! Ik heb sinds kort mijn propedeuse in Fotografie en Beeldcommunicatie behaald en ga nu aan de Universiteit van Leiden Japansstudies beginnen. Ik hou van Fotografie en daarbij alles rondom cultuur en reizen! Dichtbij of ver weg ik ben graag actief bezig, bijvoorbeeld bij een concert, naar een eiland of ergens in de stad. Ik ben rustig ingesteld van karakter en vind het zowel fijn met andere als op mijzelf te zijn. Verder vind ik gamen (cliché) en ontwerpen leuk! Wat zoek ik: Ik ben opzoek naar (natuurlijk) een gezellige studentenwoning waarbij er ruimte voor elkaar is en onszelf. Ik vind het leuk om samen iets te plannen en bijvoorbeeld huisavondjes te houden en ook vind ik het belangrijk dat daarbij tijd voor onszelf is zo nu en dan en dat het huis gewoon beetje netjes blijft. I am from Brussels, Belgium, and come September, I am eagerly anticipating the commencement of my Bachelor of Applied Earth Sciences journey at TU Delft. My character is adorned with a sense of responsibility, a penchant for tidiness, and a friendly disposition. Additionally, I possess an extensive knowledge of cinema, a passion I hold dear. Music is another sphere where my tastes roam freely, encompassing diverse genres, albeit with a notable exception for country. When it comes to literature, the works of Albert Camus or Franz Kafka resonate deeply with me. Hi! My name is Alicia. I have been studying Philosophy at the Radboud University for the past year. Right now I am living independently in a room in Nijmegen. Unfortunately this is temporarily, as the contract will be expired in a few months. I am already looking for a new place, because I fell in love with Nijmegen and already built a life for myself here. Also I would like to take on an extra study next year (biology) and it would be very tough to do this while traveling 3 hrs a day. I would characterise myself als spontaneous, extroverted and creative. I love meeting new people and getting to know them. While I enjoy being with other people, I also enjoy spending time alone every now and then. It is in these moments that I like to go to the gym, or just engage in any physical activity in general. Other hobbies of mine are reading, learning (esp. new languages), chilling with friends, going on adventures (could be just in the city, but I also really like to travel the world), meeting new people and playing the piano every now and then. My first language is Dutch, but since my mother is Ukrainian I am also able to speak some Russian. Besides that I also am able to speak English.

Hi! Nice to meet you, I'm Elia, I'm a 25 y/o student and I'm I'm half Italian-German. I just found the opportunity to start an internship at Karl Lagerfeld in Amsterdam. I work in Fashion but I'm still studing in Milan. I'm a respectful guy, I'm very friendly, quiet and I like to clean (this is definetly my german side). My days in Amsterdam are going to be very busy, I'll work full-time at Karl Lagerfeld and in the meantime I'll follow 2 different online courses. For some evenings of May and June I'm going to do this online pattern making short course and every saturday I'm going to do a traditional pattern making course that I will follow online hopefully in the Karl Lagerfeld offices.
