Hi there! My name is Fasika and I’m looking for housing in the Hague! Preferably within a budget of 900 euros per month, open to both long term and short term. My ideal move in date would be beginning of September but I can be flexible on that.  I am an italian international student and have lived in the city before, I study international relations at Leiden Uni and will start a second bachelor in Philosophy this September. I had been debating wether or not to but ultimately I really missed studying philosophy so i figured it was worth a try :) I made some connections in the past year living in NL already, so I love to hang out with friends in my free time, try new restaurant, be in nature when the dutch wether allows us ahah and last year I even made a subscription to the film huis as I looooove going to the cinema as well. I like Karaoke, going out, but also more low-key stuff. For instance i spent a lot of time at the bookstore cafe last year, but also cooking new recipes can be fun. Although i admit I still have a lot to learn! I love to travel and to visit museums, I am always open to meeting new people! It is important for me to keep a clean environment and I'm open to accomodating others' need when it comes to schedules and such! value open communication and think it's especially important when you live with someone! I can respect other’s privacy and needs :)

I am a scientist that works in genetics, molecular biology and biomedical research. I moved from Spain to Netherlands 5 years ago and completed my PhD in Nijmegen. Now I will continue to do research against cancer in the Netherlands, and I am looking for a place to live while doing so.

I think I am the ideal candidate because I am an easygoing, adaptable, and tidy person. I was born in Germany and my mother is Argentinian, so as well as Norwegian and English, I also speak German and Spanish. This allows me to easily interact with international students. I’ll be starting my MSc in Information Security Technology at TU/e this August/September, with full support from the ALSP scholarship (covers tuition + annual €7,500 stipend). I graduated top of my class at Marmara University and have been living alone for the past 3.5 years — fully managing my own household and finances. This experience has made me responsible, tidy, and used to taking care of a home on my own. I’m respectful of others’ routines and value calm, clean, and safe environments. I don’t enjoy loud noise for long periods, but I don’t mind occasional lively moments — I usually study with noise-cancelling headphones and won’t be disturbed easily. I’m friendly, open to socializing, but also very comfortable doing my own thing when needed. I’m planning to arrive in July or August, but I’m happy to rent earlier to secure a reliable place in advance. Also, I’ll look for a part-time job and/or internship if I can once I settle in. Hoi ik ben Chee en ik kom uit Middelburg. Vanaf september 2025 ga ik industrieel ontwerp studeren aan de tu Delft, daarom ben ik opzoek naar een kamer. Judoën doe ik al sinds dat ik klein ben, golfsurfen is iets wat ik in de zomer doe en eigenlijk vind ik alle sporten leuk om te doen. Ook hou ik heel erg van gezelligheid, gezelschap en leuke dingen doen. Naast alleen naar feestjes gaan hou ik er ook van om ze te organiseren. In Middelburg werk ik nu met veel plezier in de horeca en ben ik momenteel aan de studie voor mijn Vwo eindexamens.
