Hi! I'm Cezar, a 1st year foreign student at TU Delft in the CSE programme, looking for a place to stay next year. I am currently not employed, although I am looking into getting an internship or a TA position next year. Being a CSE student, I do work a lot on the computer, but I do enjoy eating or going to school together (although I'm a horrible cook). Aside from that, I enjoy playing the piano, and I plan on getting an electric keyboard to practice at home, but I always play with headphones, and only at normal hours, so I won't cause a disturbance. I’m Afonso, a 27-year-old composer from Portugal, and I’m moving to the Netherlands this August to begin a two-year Master’s in Film Composition at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, which starts in September 2025. I’m a professional music composer with a background in classical and jazz composition, working mainly in film, theatre, and concert music. While music is my career, my work at home is very quiet, mostly using headphones, my laptop, and keyboard. I’ll do all sound-based or recording work at the Conservatory, so I won’t be a noisy tenant 😊 I’m looking for a room or apartment in Amsterdam or in a nearby city with good public transport access (Utrecht, Haarlem, Zaandam, Almere, etc.). I’m flexible when it comes to shared or private housing, I’m friendly, easy to live with, and used to sharing spaces respectfully. I’m clean, responsible, and enjoy cooking(especially cooking for others). I don’t smoke or have pets, and I value a calm home environment. Het lijkt mij fijn om in een huis te komen wonen waar je dingen samen doet, maar ook je rust kan vinden. Ik kan koken en voordat ik naar Eindhoven kom ga ik eerst een maand op een manage in Peru werken.

Mijn reden voor verhuizing is dat ik momenteel een studio huur maar mijn verhuurder gaat de woning op korte termijn verkopen en ben dus naarstig op zoek naar een nieuwe woonruimte. Ik werk momenteel in loondienst, heb twee banen wat betekend dat ik niet vaak thuis ben. Dit in combinatie met mijn rustige aard zorgt ervoor dat ik een nette en opgeruimde leefomgeving onderhoud. Verder rook ik niet en hecht veel waarde aan een schoon huis. Weekenden ben ik niet vaak thuis dab ga ik er vaak tussenuit.
