Ik ben een 6 VWO leerling uit Kerkrade (Zuid-Limburg) en ga Werktuigbouwkunde studeren aan de TU Delft. Rondom deze omgeving zoek ik daarom ook een kamer! Bekijk zeker mn foto's ! ! Ik ben een vrij rustig persoon, maar niet ongezellig (hoop ik). Ik spreek graag met vrienden af om wat te eten of om te sporten: ik boulder graag met hun, heb lang gevoetbald (en als vrijwilliger gewerkt als jeugdtrainer) en doe ook aan krachttraining. Buiten sportieve hobby's ben ik ook graag creatief bezig: naaien, video-editen (je ziet me in een kantooroutfit in Heerlen-Centrum voor een videoproject) en grafisch ontwerp zijn allemaal dingen waar ik me bezig heb gehouden. Verder ga ik ook graag naar concerten: ik luister veel genres, maar de concerten waar ik heenga zijn vooral opkomende artiesten in de underground rap of edm scene (2hollis, fakemink, Frost Children, Underscores, etc..). Ik hoef niet per se een fan te zijn om mee te gaan, ga namelijk ook vaak gewoon met vrienden naar artiesten die ik niet goed ken. Het feit dat ik vrij rustig zal zijn komt ook doordat ik een gefocust student ben: het gymnasium heb ik met een 8,8 afgerond. Ik heb lang gezeten bij de debatvertegenwoordiging van school en heb veel gedaan met MEP (Model European Parliament). Ook heb ik meegedaan aan Olympiades, het Technasium (O&O) afgerond en veel wedstrijden (bv. wiskunde wedstrijden) gedaan voor school. Verder ben ik als Chinees in Nederland opgegroeid: thuis spreken we Chinees en eten we Chinees. Ik heb ook lang gezeten op de Chinese school, vanaf al zolang ik dingen kan onthouden eigenlijk. Aangezien mn ouders erg lang en tot laat werken, heb ik altijd al een grote verantwoordelijkheid gedragen voor het schoonhouden van het huis. Als lezer wil ik u/jou vooral meegeven dat ik, ongeacht wat er van mij verwacht wordt als huurder, me goed kan aanpassen aan de wensen van de verhuurder. Ik hoop u/jou hiermee voldoende overtuigd te hebben en mocht u/je een kamer aan mij willen bieden, graag :))

Hai! Ik ben Liske, nu nog 17 jaar en vanaf komend studiejaar ga ik Chemische Technologie studeren. Op dit moment woon ik nog in Brabant, waar ik ook actief ben bij scouting. Daarnaast heb ik jarenlang atletiek gedaan, dus ik ben graag actief bezig. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik ook veel met muziek bezig: ik speel slagwerk in een orkest. Geen zorgen trouwens — ik ben niet van plan een drumstel mee te nemen naar mijn kamer 😉. Het is vooral melodisch slagwerk wat ik doe. Verder hou ik van lezen, tekenen en een gezellige bordspelavond (ik heb toegang tot een bordspelbibliotheek van meer dan 800 spellen). Ik ben sociaal en vind het leuk om af en toe samen dingen te doen, maar ik kan ook prima mijn eigen ding doen. Hallo allemaal, Graag stel ik me even voor. Mijn naam is Damian, 18 jaar en ik kom uit Arnhem. Ik begin in september met Technische Natuurkunde. Die studie past goed bij mij, vanwege de kleinschalige groep en het Nederlandstalige onderwijs. Ook vanwege de locatie en rustige omgeving is dit voor mij de beste keuze. Dat samenwonen in een studentenhuis gaat zeker goed komen. Ik ben een gezellige en relaxte jongen die altijd graag een handje wil helpen. Ik hou van koken, muziek luisteren en maken, kaart- en bordspelletjes en gamen met anderen. Ik zoek een goede afwisseling tussen gezamenlijke activiteiten met m’n huisgenoten, maar ook rust en ruimte voor mezelf en mijn studie. Mijn grootste hobby is zeilen (in een zwaardboot). In de zomer ben ik zeilinstructeur op het Zuidlaar-dermeer. Verder ben ik actief bij de Scouting. Buiten zijn, vuurtje stoken, pizza bakken in een zelfgemaakte buitenoven. Ik draai 1 of 2 keer in de maand mee als welpenleiding. En last but not least, speel ik een klassiek houtblaasinstrument, nl. hobo. Daarmee wil ik in een van de studenten-orkesten gaan spelen. Afgelopen jaar heb ik een tussenjaar genomen. Ik heb flink wat uren gewerkt bij de Plus, ben voorzitter geweest van het AIO (Arnhems Interscholair Orkest) en heb ervaring opgedaan als welpenleider bij de Scouting. Heerlijk om een heel jaar geen druk van school te hebben, maar nu ben ik wel écht toe aan studeren, vrienden maken en veel lol hebben op mijn eigen plek! Groeten, Damian

Regarding the accommodation you offer, we think it is exactly what we are looking for. A lot of the accommodation in the Netherlands is rooms in student houses, and does not accept working people. So we are looking for a quiet studio or apartment, where we can rest, cook after a day of work, and study (we are learning English and Dutch at the moment). Nothing more. The size of the space is really irrelevant to us, and as long as it is okay with you, we are perfect to live together in this space. We have lived in small spaces all our lives.
