Goedendag! My Name is Nora, I am 21 years old and I will be starting my Bachelor in Psychology at RU this September. Therefore I will be moving from Berlin (where I currently live) to Nijmegen and I am looking for a room to call home. Here is a little bit about myself: After graduating from high school in 2024, I worked, travelled in Europe for two months and lived with a family in Italy as an AuPair for three months. Through my abroad experiences I have learned to be independent and adaptable. Thanks to my exchange year in the United States in 2021/22, I speak both German and English fluently. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, practicing yoga, and spending time with friends. Besides that, I love discovering new cultures and meeting new people. I enjoy both social activities and having a calm space to relax and study. I have previously lived in a shared apartment, which was a great experience for me. My roommates and I got along really well, and we often spent time together. At the same time, we respected each other’s personal space, which made living together very easy and enjoyable. Therefore I am looking for a room in a shared appartment again.

Ter aanvulling wil ik graag vermelden dat mijn ouders garant staan voor de maandelijkse huurverplichtingen, waardoor de huurbetaling financieel goed gewaarborgd is. I had previously lived in Rotterdam, so I have good knowledge of the city and would be able to fit in seamlessly in any condition both as a lone renter and a roommate. Lastly, I after living in the Netherlands for a long time, I am bilingual and speak both dutch and English language very well, and I think I would be an ideal roommate for anyone, both male and female.
