I'm looking for an ideally furnished studio (up to €950pm; allowing for huurtoeslag) or a private room (from €500-700pm) to rent *with registration* starting from the beginning / mid-august close to the Rotterdam central station. I’m currently working (1200€) in Germany and planning to transfer my work to Rotterdam. For additional financial security, I have guarantors in Germany that will reliably cover any remaining financial concerns. I'm a very tidy, respectful and outgoing companion! Wij zijn Huize Twee9, een gezellig studentenhuis met zowel Saxion als UT studenten. We eten elke avond samen in onze woonkamer of op ons dakterras in de zomer. We zijn allemaal actief bij studie/studenten/sportverenigingen.
