My name is Pablo and I am 27 years old. I am from Madrid, although I have been living in Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Frankfurt for the past seven years. I am friendly and easy going, and like spending time with friends cooking, watching movies or chilling with some beers. Of course, I also appreciate having my own space and relaxing. As hobbies, I like reading, doing exercise and playing music. I also like learning new stuff, so if you are passionate about something, I will be interested too. I work as an economist in Amsterdam. In general I value cleanness and I am quite tolerant and open-minded.

Hi! Nice to meet you, I'm Elia, I'm a 25 y/o student and I'm I'm half Italian-German. I just found the opportunity to start an internship at Karl Lagerfeld in Amsterdam. I work in Fashion but I'm still studing in Milan. I'm a respectful guy, I'm very friendly, quiet and I like to clean (this is definetly my german side). My days in Amsterdam are going to be very busy, I'll work full-time at Karl Lagerfeld and in the meantime I'll follow 2 different online courses. For some evenings of May and June I'm going to do this online pattern making short course and every saturday I'm going to do a traditional pattern making course that I will follow online hopefully in the Karl Lagerfeld offices.

Ik ben Imme. Ik denk dat ik mezelf het beste omschrijf als zelfstandig, gezellig, eigenwijs, sportief en dol op studeren. Op dit moment studeeer ik Werktuigbouwkunde aan de UT. Ik studeer graag, houd van een schoon huis, kan poetsen en koken. Je kunt dus het trainingsprogramma overslaan. Ik verwacht wel ook dat mijn huisgenootjes zich er aan houden. Ik ben sportief (reddingszwemmen en martial arts) en houd van kletsen en samen dingen ondernemen zoals bowlen en escaperooms etc. maar ben geen stapper. Ik trek me graag af en toe terug op mijn kamer voor mijn studie of een goed boek. Ik hou van samen (gezond) koken en lekker eten en van taarten bakken, maar niet van afwassen. Ik hoop dat jullie een vaatwasser en wasmachine hebben EN internet!

I am Carmen, 29, originally from Austria and currently, I work as Marketing Manager at a Sales company in Houthaven (and loving it!) Currently, I live in an apartment in Nieuw-West with one roommate, however, my rental contract was only one year, so now is the time for me to look for a new place I can call home. When am I moving? I am looking for a room from June onward but I am flexible and can also move in sooner! Am I tidy? I am Austrian, I think being organized and tidy is in our DNA 😄 But seriously, I think when sharing your living space it's important to clean up after yourself and just be considerate of one another (and have open communication!) Who else am I bringing? No one! It's just me and my 3 plants (but they are barely hanging on for dear life… so we'll see if they make it) BUT I am always buying fresh flowers (see picture as a reference 🌸) What do I do when I am not working? Generally, I am a quite quiet and relaxed person. Since my job is very demanding, I am usually tired when I get home. However, I am always up for a chat :) Weekends I either spend with friends at a nice brunch spot, go to a museum, the gym, or a nice walk, or just relax with a nice book. Am I a party girl? On a good day, I barely make it to 11.00 pm before I hit the bed 😴 but then again, if you wanna have a glass of wine in the kitchen and talk about life...say less 🍷 Some other things you should know? I don't have any pets, I don't smoke and I would like to rent a room for at least 1 year, but preferably longer if that's possible. Hoi! Ik ben Matthijs en ik ben 19 jaar oud. Aankomend studiejaar ga ik beginnen aan de bachelor sociologie in Nijmegen. Ik ben veel op de hockeyclub te vinden. Zo speel ik zelf 2 keer in de week en geef ik training aan de kleintjes onder 10 jaar. In mijn vrije tijd vind ik het heel erg leuk om te koken. Voor vrienden, familie, maar ook om mezelf te verwennen (vooral met de risotto, dat is toch wel mijn favoriet). Verder vind ik het erg gezellig om regelmatig een spelletjesavond te houden en ben ik ook altijd in voor een wandelingetje. Ik zoek een gezellig, maar ook rustig studentenhuis waarin er veel contact is tussen de huisgenoten. Denk aan samen avondeten of spelletjesavonden houden. Wel zou het fijn zijn als het huis een vrijblijvend karakter heeft. Groetjes!

Ik ben graag sociaal met huisgenoten of vrienden, maar waardeer zo nu en dan ook wat eigen rust. Vooral samen studeren of het huis onderhouden kan ik waarderen.
