Unfortunately I have to leave my current housing in January 2026 as my lease is expiring, so I’m looking for a new place to rent from then (open to starting earlier if it means securing a place). I’m incredibly clean and like to keep my home a nice space that I can come back to and relax in. I have a separate space to practice and rehearse so won’t be making noise at home either. I am turning 28 in April and I work full time for a tech company in B2B centered on research (our customers are government agencies, law firms and educational institutions). I am in the office at least three days a week. Two important things for me are keeping my living space clean and tidy, along with respecting the other flatmates' space.
