Ik werk twee dagen per week als pedagogisch medewerker op een kinderdagverblijf in Haarlem, waar ik inmiddels al anderhalf jaar met veel plezier werk. Daarnaast heb ik mijn eigen praktijk als therapeut, waarin ik mensen begeleid in persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Samen zorgt dit voor een stabiel inkomen. Als persoon ben ik rustig, verantwoordelijk en zorgzaam. In mijn vrije tijd houd ik van dansen, meditatie en zelfontwikkeling. Ik hou van natuur en ruimte. Een rustige en fijne woonomgeving vind ik daarom erg belangrijk. Ik ben een betrouwbare huurder: ik rook niet, betaal mijn huur altijd op tijd en ga zorgvuldig om met mijn woonruimte. De afgelopen anderhalf jaar heb ik prettig samengewoond met een huisgenoot, maar nu ben ik op zoek naar een plek waar ik zelfstandig kan wonen en mij voor langere tijd kan vestigen. Ik zou het erg waarderen om de woning te mogen bezichtigen en mijzelf eventueel persoonlijk voor te stellen. Hi, I'm Keshini. I'm from Mauritius and I moved to Utrecht in August 2025 to pursue a BSc in Economics and Business Economics at Utrecht University. I have been living here for 7 months now, and I've been loving it since! I'm very grateful for my parents to be financially helping me with tuition fees, living expenses as well as rent so I don't need to worry about money, but I'm also working a part time job to boost my CV and gain more experience in general. I have also been very active in the student life at Utrecht University ever since I moved here. I've volunteered as a Peer Leader for the university's welcome week in August, and I'm the Chair of the Wellbeing Committee of ECU'92 at Utrecht University. I'm responsible for leading the committee and organising events and dividing the tasks among members. So far, we've organised several events such as a karaoke night, a Chess Tournament and also a Hiking activity and many more to come! I'm also really into fitness; I go to the gym at least twice a week and do yoga or pilates at home sometimes. I love reading and travelling as well, especially solo travelling.
