I am 20 (almost 21) years old, and I am really excited to be starting my studies at Leiden University Den Haag in International Relations and Organisations this fall. WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR I am looking for a room to rent a room from the beginning of the academic year (around late August/start September. I graduated high school in the summer of 2022, and I have been travelling since. I spent one year backpacking through the Balkans, Caucasus, Nepal, India, South East Asia, Taiwan and Hong Kong. After that I was so tired, but not ready to go back to Europe, so I spent 6 months living and working in Melbourne, Australia with my sibling. I worked as a waiter and a bartender. While living in Melbourne I lived in a couple different rental houses. I loved living with my room mates and sharing our everyday. I am quite tidy and outgoing, so I enjoy living in a shared space. While in Australia, I have also worked on constructing a building exclusively out of natural materials on an old-school hippie retreat, taken care of 73 unruly huskies on an isolated mountain farm and worked at a hostel in the red-earth centre of Australia. FINANCIALS I get a monthly student support from the Danish government of about €850 that will cover my rent. I intend to work on the side while studying. Hello, I am a 19 year old bulgarian who is going to study his first year at the Twente University. I'd consider myself a really sporty person as I've practiced plently of sports since I was really young with tennis being the one that stuck with time. I'd also say I am capable of fully taking care of myself as a need for that occures every few months before and after summers due to my family's business and I have also been working every summer since I was sixteen. I also have an older brother who studies in Delft and as I have visited him a couple of times I'd say the Netherlands life isn't a completely new thing for me. Overall I would say I am a very flexible person who's adaptable to all kinds of friend groups.

Hello! I am a 21 year old Korean/Irish student starting the Computer Science course at TUDelft this September. I just finished my mandatory military service in Korea (I've completed lots of side quests like mowing, fixing cars, sweeping snow and cleaning, lots, LOTS of cleaning) so I have a degree of tidiness reinforced in me! I am currently looking for accommodation (like everyone else on this website ofc), preferrably shared since it's my first year living independently. For the majority of the time, I will be suffering in my room to try keep up with my studies, but as an extrovert, I will most likely not be able to refuse any invitations for a social event 😎 I might be hard to get along with if you like to live life a little more... carefree/spontaneous but I am willing to take up more of the cleaning duties if that will help keep accommodation tidy. As a hobby, I like working out and boxing, and I am trying to get back into reading (mostly non-fiction) and I wouldn't mind any recommendations! I hope whoever reads this is having a wonderful Spring! 🌱 I'm a full time Animator/Designer who moved from South Africa just over a year ago and absolutely love this country (learning Dutch for a year now, I can communicate pretty well with 8 year olds 👌). I'm looking for a small and soft place to call home. I consider myself warm, friendly and easy to live with. 😊 I have always lived with other people, and like to think I am fairly good at it :) I put a lot of importance on creating a warm and vibrant space for people to live in.
