My name is Vivien and I am looking for a room or studio apartment in Amersfoort where I can register in. My workplace is also in Amersfoort, so it would be very important for me to live there. What you need to know about me is that I'm friendly and responsible and I don't make a lot of noise, because I also need to rest. I don't have any pet, I would like to move alone as soon as possible! My employer is based within Amsterdam and so I would ideally prefer to find a suitable studio or room within a commutable distance so I would ideally like to find a place within Holland, but I am open to commuting futher. I am a third year Data Science student in Eindhoven. in September 2024 I am starting the master's of Artificial Intelligence at University van Amsterdam. I usually spend most of my time on campus either studying or working. In terms of shared facilities I care the most about kitchen as I like to cook a lot, I prefer if it is kept clean by all members of the house. I am not a big party person, I prefer the calm and quiet atmosphere at the house, but I don't mind occasional social events. I don't have any pets, and I also don't smoke. Currently my parents sponsor my education in the Netherlands as well as my living expenses and rent.

Hey hey, leuk dat je dit leest! Ik ben Rick, 17 jaar (bijna 18, nog een kleine drie weken). Ik zit in nu Hilversum op school en ga over een maandje examen doen voor gymnasium. Ik woon in Soest, dit ligt tussen Hilversum en Amersfoort. Vanaf september wil ik graag rechten gaan studeren aan de Rug, en als master denk ik privaat- of strafrecht, maar dat duurt nog wel even. Ik wil denk ik bij een studentenvereniging geen idee welke, suggesties zijn zeker welkom. Ik speel waterpolo en doe aan fitness, ik houd van zwemmen, koken (mijn lasagne is grandioos, al zeg ik het zelf), reizen, sporten en uitgaan. In Groningen lijkt het mij leuk om deel te nemen aan waterpolo/rugby/roei -team, en ik blijf ook fitness doen. Ik werk nu als lifeguard bij bosbad Amersfoort en ik werk ook bij de karwei. Verder ben ik een rustige behulpzame jongen maar ik houd zeker wel van een feestje. Ik zoek een kamer in een gezellig huis, ik kan per direct al huren. Hoewel ik pas in juni/juli zal intrekken in het huis aangezien ik nu vlak voor mijn examens zit :) Groetjes Rick

I have already obtained a degree in Comparative Literature Studies and will be starting another Bachelor in Psychology in September of 2024 at Leiden University. Therefore I am currently on the lookout for possible housing opportunities, where I can stay for the duration of my studies. I consider myself an easy-going person, who enjoys a little company from time to time, but can easily keep to myself as well. In the past I have already had lots of experiences living by myself as well as host families. Therefore I believe that I am rather knwoledgeable about how the process of renting a room and the interactions and obligations that come with it work. In my free time I love to read, go to cafes, meet up with friends and relax in my room. I don't need a lot of space, since I can manage with the bare minimum, and am financially stable, which I am happy to provide proof of.
