I’m looking for a temporary place to stay during my first months in the city so I can settle in, explore the neighborhoods, and later find long‑term housing. A bit about me: I’m responsible, organized, and easy to live with. I work full‑time and I appreciate a clean, calm, and respectful home environment. I will be the one living in the apartament. My boyfriend may visit occasionally for a few weeks during the year, as he is preparing his own move to the Netherlands by the end of the year, but I will be the primary resident at all times. Mijn naam is patrick, 35 jaar, en na jaren thuis te hebben gewoond heb ik een aantal jaren op kamers gewoond in Winschoten waar ik zowel geboren als getogen ben en wil nu mijn horizon verbreden daarom heb ik afgelopen jaar toen ik de kans kreeg om voor een paar maanden in Groningen te gaan wonen de kans met bij de handen aan gegrepen en het is me zeer goed bevallen maar zoals ik al aangaf ging het om een tijdelijke woonruimte waar ik in december uit moest daarom ben ik momenteel terug in Winschoten ik sta al aantal jaren ingeschreven bij woningcorporaties tot nu toe zonder succes daarom probeer ik het op deze manier. Ik ben niet erg kieskeurig ik vind de locatie (Stad Groningen) of omgeving belangrijker dan de woonruimte zelf wel is het belangrijk dat bij een huurwoning huurtoeslag mogelijk is mijn voorkeur gaat natuurlijk uit naar een (studio/appartement) maar sta ook open voor een Kamer met gezellige huisgenoten. Over mij: Ik ben rustig, netjes en sociaal. Ik hou van dagjes uit, van wandelen, foto graveren filmavonden en heb een passie voor muziek en ga graag naar festivals & opstap. ik rook niet en ben een gezelligheid drinker, verder hou ik van gezellige sfeer en ik weet ook goed om een gezellige sfeer te creëren. Hi everyone! I'm Lola, 22 years old and from Vienna, Austria. I'll be moving to the Netherlands at the end of August to get my Masters in Crisis and Security Management at Leiden University (The Hague Campus). Ideally, I'm trying to find a room in a shared apartment/house with roommates or a small apartment/studio either in The Hague, Leiden or Delft to rent for a little more than a year starting mid-August. I'm very excited to be studying "abroad" (or away from home, I guess) again, as I find that experiencing new cultures is one of the best things a young person can do. I'm a huge fan of traveling and I got my Bachelor's degree in the United States, so I think living somewhere different in Europe for my Masters will be a cool change. I'm used to living with people, I've always grown up with siblings and spent the last four years living with 1, 2 and all the way up to 6 people, so I'd say I'm quite adaptable and know how roommate life works. As for my free time, I looove all things food and going out to eat, hanging out with my roommates, reading, going out on the weekends but also having fun nights in. I would describe myself as outgoing, responsible, independent, easygoing, and fun to be around. I'm also a very active person, I've played tennis my whole life and played college sports while in the US but generally enjoy most sports (especially volleyball and football). I don't speak Dutch yet BUT I'll be learning, so for now I hope my German and English (and humble French) will suffice :). Excited to meet you guys!!

Hoi, Ik ben Myrthe,19 jaar, woon in het mooie Heukelum en ben net geslaagd voor mijn vwo eindexamen. Ik ben een rustig persoon die altijd wel in is om wat te doen omdat ik eigenlijk niet zo goed stil kan zitten. Ik ga mechanical engineering studeren op de UT.
